Is there websites it dosent work?

Is this works on websites that MIS page if i dont know the logins to log in?

I am not sure what "MIS" is. but here are 2 things: - Make sure you are the owner of the website that you forgot the logins to. Or else you might get yourself in BIG BIG BIG trouble if you try to hack someone else. - This can work on any website, but most of the time the developers won't leave this vulnerability in the open or else it can be catastrophic so they make sure they patch it.

I want to learn this to work in cyber security but im lost and i dont understand anything. what should i do first?

What if you use mysql create user and grant to login users instead of creating tables to store passwords?
