How Great Thou Art (In Inupiaq) - The Patkotak Sisters

The very first time I heard this version of "How Great Thou Art" in the summer of 2012 I immediately loved it and would often listen to it during my daily readings and other activities both at home and at work. Mrs. Edith Bourke of Fort Smith, NWT gave me a copy of this song in July 2012 and also gave me permission to upload a video with this song in it of our road trip to Inuvik, NWT. In the video I mistakenly wrote that it is sung in the Inuvialuit Language. It is actually sung in the beautiful Inupiaq Language.

Quyanaqpaq ! Lost my Inupiat language during the Residential school years . But I'm Relearning through song and spiritual Teachings from my elders that are so giving and also experienced the grief that we all went through during our lose of our language. The teachings that are so happy too us to be able to retrieve and sing in praise . Quyanaqpaq . ❤ Also all the drummers and dancer's from the community's in the delta and Alaska Quyanaqpaq ! God Bless...❤

I sang this to my Aaka with my cousin before she died. She recognized me one last time and then disappeared into her mind again. Made us both cry.

Does anyone happen to have the lyrics in Iñupiaq so my friend could teach it to a group of kids at the local church?
