What is success for Potter at Chelsea in his first season 🤔🤔 let us know ⬇️
Excellent video, I absolutely loved the part where they go into thorough detail about his 3-2-5 formation, truly a Football Daily moment! Thank you for providing us with an answer to the important question of how Graham Potter will transform Chelsea!

I think it feels that way because the way we played in that one game had a lot of similarities to Sarri ball. It’s a playing style that has its pros and cons, but I believe that if we strike a balance, Chelsea can finally start playing free-scoring football.

We always say this for every coach. When TT came, he twisted our formation and we went like 18 games on clean sheet. Until the players began to feel weak and refuse to upgrade themselves, things went haywire when sanctions came in. Covid, injuries, change of ownership, divorce etc. I pray these players don't put this guy to shame

As a Chelsea fan we should give Potter a chance He has potential Yes we did draw with Salzburg But so did Milan and Bayern They also draw with Salzburg Salzburg are no pushover As I said we should give him chance
I think we’ll be seeing more of Cucurella as a ‘LCB’ for us.
There needs to be a marked improvement in mentality. Too often and especially at the Bridge the team looked mentally weak. If GP can restore the players confidence levels we may yet recover this season after all.

the only problem i see is that there’s so many players to please, think in the midfield alone there’s 5 in kovacic, kante, gallagher, jorginho and loftus cheek who will all be wanting game time, he can’t play them all and it may cost them points trying to rotate so some players could be unhappy for that reason, other than that i don’t think the players will dislike him at all

Rotation will be needed across the season especially after the Winter WC so I don't think Potter will let such a thing happen
We just need a midfielder that can pass the ball, simple as that
Watching this after the Milan game. Potter is what we needed
This may be a controversial thing to say as a Spurs fan but as someone who was a big fan of Potter at Brighton I was very sad that he left Brighton when we could've found out where the glass ceiling was for Brighton with him. However I was happy that he joined Chelsea though as he's finally being a given a chance to manage a big club in England who I think will fit his mindset. Also over the years I've began to really like Chelsea and the local area (don't worry I still absolutely detest Arsenal though)
Play Havertz in Cam, with Kova Cm and Jorginho Cdm, Auba and Broja as St.
He will transform Chelsea as he as done with every team he’s ever coached . But will require time and patience which the chelsea fanbase does not have

@@conordowse4537 But why? That opinion doesn't sound remotely African..
Potter had a long time with players less ability (based on spending purchases) at Brighton so it should in theory for Potter to implement his methods quicker. Even so, I’m not expecting anything this season. It’s going to be a mess with WC in the middle anyway. Give GP to have this season to build for next season. It would be amazing to be a top 4 again based on all of those changes.
We need more goals especially from outside the 18 yard
The Blues were rocked by Roman's departure, so why not hire Potter who knows how to build something from scratch
Potter shouldn't make the mistake of trusting some of these players to come good. Conte did the same mistake by thinking he could work with the same players that got Mourinho fired then came Sarri, instead of him to clear the deadwoods he still maintained them because he had Hazard. Lampard came and fell into their trap again then was Tuchel and he won the UCL with them but as the saying goes, you can't cheat nature and for how long will it last. The board and owners should begin to trust Potter more if they believe he's the one to take us forward. By doing that the players will know they don't have the power anymore and they'll begin to start becoming more serious on the pitch.
Very interesting
Great transformation 10th in the table 😂
🤞🏽 The End Shall Tell.
That's all well and good and I'm not a Tuchel fan, but the fact is that Boely replaced a Manager who has won a League Cup and a CL all in the last 3 years with one who has a Swedish trophy as his only Silverware. Potter seems a good Manager based on his work with Brighton. But there he has a solid upper Management to support him. His Director of Football Ashworth and his Owner Bloom surrounded potter with whatever he needed. Also, it's a lot different Managing the Dunks, Maupays, Trossiers and McCallisters of the world than it is the Ziyechs, Havertzs, Kantes and Aubamayens. Graham needs sivlerware and this year I would bet. Also he is coming into a situation where the it appears there was a Personality Clash between Owner and Manager which led to the change. It didn't appear to be football related. And that's always difficult. Boely doesn't strike me as a patient Owner and it's hard to believe he would replace Tuchel, paid the kind of money he is paying Potter and sit back and watch his new Manager build his own team. Boely is going to want Silverware and want it this year. And it's not the League Cup he wants either. Good luck to Potter. Personally I thought he should have stayed at Brighton for at least this year. Seems the England job may be available after the WORLD CUP.
Silva wife will be going to Chelsea offices to demand Koulibaly wages becoz his husband is doing all the work
I’ll hold my hand up, I can’t understand what all the hype is about I mean, he did a good job at Brighton but y’all are acting like he’s the next managerial visionaire
Should of just taken the England jjob.

Why does potter feel like he’s a Game of Thrones Character
Kante in that line up mate
The LA dodger is a bad comparison as the coach there is a future hall of gamer 😂😂😂
Regarding the congested midfielders: Between Kante and Kova, one or both are typically out w injuries. Jorghino is in his last year and is better used when seeing out a win than starting a game-his slowing of the game is best when we’re up as he kills any transitional opportunities and offers very little to the press. He doesn’t offer G+A (outside of penalties) and is really only useful when playing out of a press. Moving on, until Gallagher finds a position within the formation, you’ve got to think that he is used as a sub. With that said about Gallagher, I’d love to see him start over Havertz as Kai has only pressed consistently and offered so very little in link up play or G+A. Kante starts when healthy as his relentless press offers great transitional opportunities. His forced turnovers high up the pitch give Sterling and co. big chances to work with. The new lad, Zakaria, is a bit of a wild card. Personally I’d love to see Chalobah develop into a bit of a DM/Sweeper hybrid, as the trio of Colwill, Koulibaly, and Fofana could shape up to be our starting back 3 next season with the experienced Silva & Azpi rotating. With that said, Zakaria will have to play his way into Potter’s plans as it’s been widely reported that we’re looking at both Caicedo and Rice to shore up the midfield. It is looking ever likely that we lose both Kante & Jorghino on free transfers next season. The only player profile we’re missing is that of a Fabregas/Eriksen. Someone that has a forward mindedness, can thread a pass, offers a bit in the press, and can play one touch football in the final third. So far in that position Kai can only press, Gallagher can’t find form, Mount has been a ghost, and Ruben has been needed elsewhere. I expect Ruben to be revitalized and fight for a starting position. He’s been so versatile for us lately and putting in solid performances everywhere on the pitch. The remontada is here
