He has a reputation for having behavioural issues. Might as well have gone for Ryan Cherki who the current board chose to agoid cos ot "behavioural problems" but Jhon Duran is apparently worth th hussle 💀. And in twrms or Talent Cherki definitely reach Eden Hazard levels , while this fella here wish, i dunno if hes gonna be a good strikwr.jow hit maybe in 3 seasons

Talent is Talent I don't get it why so many people complain about behavior, If a player comes in scores 2 goals or assst weekly why should you care much ,. Discipline is important but you really can't tell players like Control is diffeent from Discipline So many modern managers wants cones as players not people with emotions , They want to tell them run from this point to this point and real players won't have any of that . You can't tell hazard aguero Zlatan Ronaldinho neymar or even mbape what to eat when to eat, when to wake up, and arrive cause they are mavericks , you allow them stay at what ever mood keeps them performing and winning you games . And Duran isn't a balotelli kind of thug 😂, He's more of a rudiger like.i mentioned who would always still value and honour his opportunities but he just dont want to be told how to treat his opponent He sees all of them as box he wants to kick out kf the way to score He treats every defenders the same . That's mentality right there.

I understand your perspective, but I see key differences between John Duran and Nicholas Jackson. Jackson's strengths lie in his ball-carrying, speed, link-up play, work rate, and back-to-goal game. However, his finishing, box movement, and heading ability are still developing. Duran, on the other hand, is a classic number nine. He's excellent in the air, a strong finisher, and has great box movement. He's not as strong in ball-carrying or link-up play, but his role is to finish chances, which he does well. Both players have unique strengths, and it's best to play to those strengths. I hope this clarifies the differences between them.

It is not entirely true that player for player Chelsea doesn’t have want Maresca needs.

I said player for player chelsea dont have what he needs to play exactly as he did at Leicester, Caicedo Enzo Lavia are not perfect 6 and all have their flaws when asked to sit deep Mavidi and fatawu were magnificent for Leicester Both can score assist create and dribble and carry at the same time . So hodling the width wasn't a problem for them . Madueke can dribble but unserious, Creativity isn't there Palmer is no touch line winger needs to stay close to the box as he loves to score Jackson can surely work in isolation he's good enough Sterling could work but inconsistent Nkunku doenst even have the leg to run the channels so must stay central. The fact is player for player Maresca has to come in with a tweak James Inverting is utter nonsense cause we know holding the width putting in crosses is one of the powerful weapons . Cucurella did Invert but still have so so many flaws , I expect Enzo to give them a platform but remember to play the squad to it strengths .

A nice striker I like , can get a shot on time too which I think is important, But he doenst tick all the box because physically the prem.is tough and chelsea already put themselves in a situation where they need a tall striker . It's been a bad squad building before this point Pep isn't foolish he's never letting haaland go cause of alvarez cause headers wins you game sometimes when you just can't hack a defense with through passes , you put in crosses

Only thing similar about Jackson and Duran is Skin Color and maybe core strengths and even Duran is stronger . Have you ever seen Jackson take a 1 time shot ? There are in no world similar Jackson can't even generate 40% of the power or speed in Duran shots , Lacks positioning in the box and have zero confidence in his finishing.
