Even longer answer: Hu Tao will probably still be useful in her ability to be increase a teams single target DPS. There may be circumstances where I can get use out of each of them on separate sides if the abyss. But yeah the priority is likely gonna be Arle now (especially after activating constellations)

Arlecchino is a really strong character, even without R1 or non f2p characters. I have her on an alt with a very low ar (15) and have her on white tassle with 3* artifacts with xiangling, lynette, and xingqiu and she is hitting pretty hard for her lvl (1-3k dmg at lvl 40) i cant wait to build her properly!

Someone with c6 r5 of her kept joining my European account, and she keeps just standing there, not doing anything. They join EVEY TIME I GO ONLINE. They are scaring me into pulling Lyney (I already was because I want all 3 siblings on my European account).

We r only using abt 50, 60, 70 percent of Arlecchinos damage. Once we get a good set and level up her talents. She’s gonna be cracked.

You should try doing a team with arlecchino with C6 Yun Jin and Mika where she just has reeeally fast attacks. Idk who you'd do for the 4th slot but probably just a buffer/shielder or smthn I feel like it would be unironically pretty decent and finally give some seemingly "useless" units genuine value.

mine at level 60 and shit artifacts was already hitting 15-12k damage on her first few hits, Arlecchino is so strong and her gameplay is SO satisfying, specially using her wing to roam overworld then switching to Yelan when i run out of stamina

Im honestly surprised just how much arle exceeded my expectations, i thought shed be just kinda on par with hu tao but in many situations she feels just a lot better to use

Just tried Arlecchino, DMC, Xingqiu and Beidou in the new battle event and it was a ton of fun. Might also try YaoYao and Raiden soon, the team looks fun

I feel for normal accounts that HuTao is generally better than Arlecchino. But! You can use them both, Go HuTao double Hydro then Arle with C6 Chev with an overload team. Arle's vape teams feel sooo much worse than HuTao's. So as a C1R1 HuTao owner I regret grabbing Arle, but i will hopefull have enough to grab Clorinde who looks to be the electro carry i have been wanting to come.

Knowing my skill issue, my new favorite team is the Chevreuse team with a Thoma instead of Xiangling (she is not even C4 so...). He is on an hybrid build of damage and HP with the catch and it feels quite nice too for those who struggle a bit without a shielder (plus Thoma C6 boosts a bit normal attacks).

Yeah I really like Chev teams with her, especially because her movement ability mitigates the contextual issues with overload

So i been using arle nahida xingqiu/yelan zhongli and im having a blast, literally lol, is it optimal? Maybe not but it feels strong and im not stuck in any circles! Also my 4pc guilded is cracked so the 4pc harmonic im farming will need to be on steroids if im ever to swap, for context i have c2 r1 BUT i was getting amazing results with c0 and jade spear, shes very fun in so many teams!

Debated if I should get her drip-weapon, until tried her with Geo Wings and R5 DeathMatch - complete golden vibe around her looks awesome (plus I use red flying pet with her)

Havent seen that but I did see Zajef testing her and Arle together after I suggested doing so on Polearms Only lol. C6 Candace and Arle work substantially better than I even thought they would tbh, and its especially relevant this abyss cycle. So Im very happy to see the community finally giving her some love (though it is a bit sad that it basically needs C6). I guess I should probably make a video about Candace/Arle together lol

In overworld, your almost always against 2 or more enemies. So she always never need her skill to cook

I did a random 10 pull on her banner hoping to get xiangling cons but ended up getting get at 44 pity. I was supposed to be saving the 50 50 for yelan 😭

I have seen many use gladiator set on her, I belive 2 2 attack is less good isn't it?

Honestly, her weapon is such a weapon of all time. Because my off piece is the hat I can switch weapon and that artifact so easily while keeping 4-Glad and the ratio changes plus-minus like 3 points. I honestly can’t tell the different between Signature, Homa, and Deathmatch. Jade Spear is sometimes noticeably better and other times it’s maybe a fraction of a second faster. As long as the weapon isn’t level 1 Arlecchino can honestly use anything. Considering how not important her burst is though and how easy it is to spent too much time on her, I am curious how much worse Fav would be compared to a proper DPS one.

Honestly there is some other big upside that Candace actually has over Xingqiu and Yelan IF you can consistantly vape her Normal attacks, that being her actual AoE Hydro application unlike Yelan and Xingqiu (xq has small orbital Rainsword AoE from his Skill but its underwhelming IMO). I feel like the Synergy between Candace and Arlecchino is surprisingly high.

Yep, in cases like with the chasm knights in the abyss currently that could be quite relevant. But definitely reliant on being able to group the enemies in some form by manipulating their behavior (which isnt always very feasible)

Arlechino is the new top dps in the game, her damage is through the roof at C0 with f2p weapons and teammates. While my well invested Neuvilette hits for 30k for every tick, she can hit around 150k+ with vapes and around 80k without. She made me Bench both Hu tao and Neuvilette because of how fast she clears domains and bosses.

Dunno, that may be doable even at low constellations, especially if there is an abyss blessing benefiting her. I dont find soloing fun though, so I dont plan to do so, and Arle doesnt self buff her atk like Hu Tao does which means the value from constellations also drops sharply as you remove all the buffs going on.

TL;DR: its my universal build for her to feel good in any team I use her in. Hybrid build (in that I spec heavily into EM on the build but with 4pc emblem still and a lot crit). It converts EM to attack, so you get a good balance of on field dmg plus significantly increasing her off field dmg. Its definitely better for when playing her with dendro/hydro, but its a very high investment build style (it doesnt requires constellations for a normal account, but SoSS is kinda needed imo, otherwise building 500em sacrifices too much talent dmg). I also prefer hybrid for most Chev team variations. I find it balances out her dmg contribution to be less loaded into her burst in a way that makes the teams dps output feel more consistent. For most players Id recommend a normal build with Chev/Raiden teams though. The more time Raiden spends off field the more I like the hybrid build, basically. Other than that, SoSS providing a ton of crit rate is very nice because if I use Engulfing for example, her crit rate on the build I have available is about 20% worse, and I really notice the difference on her with 60% crit vs 80%, especially because a normal build focuses more of her dmg on her one big hit, but that one big hit is now more likely to just not crit and do less dmg than the hybrid build anyways. So yeah, hybrid Raiden is my preferred Raiden build almost always lol.
