I think low carb caused my chronic constipation. Low carb causes the body to excrete too much sodium and potassium. Pushing up my intake of dates, prunes, pomegranate helped a lot. My case was lack of carbohydrates in fruit.
Why didn't my childhood doctor explain this to me? It would have saved me a lot of guess work. 😑
