People from the Visayan region like Cebu speaks Bisaya also and very proud of our Dialect the same thing with Hilingaynon from Bacolod and Iloilo that speak Ilonggo and English...

Cant fault the white guy from not learning tagalog in 4 years. If u think about it his interactions with other filipinos are in english. He is not forced into learning taglog to communicate.

I agree with you but it’s a bit of the Filipinos fault too. Oh how many times filipinos told me you don’t have to learn tagalog because it’s outdated and cuz they prefer english anyway. I still learned it because it’s by far not true, that every filipino can speak English. For me it’s just very disrespectful not to learn it, but filipinos should also encourage more foreigners to learn it.

Amazing that not all Filipinos are fluent in Tagalog. In previous videos they seem so insecure when they have to speak Tagalog like worrying about their accent etc...

Hindi lang tagalog ang salita sa Pilipinas. Wag mo tawaging isda ang proud sa sarili nilang wikang Hiligaynon, Bisaya, Pangalatok, Kapampangan, Ilocano, at marami pang iba.
