NDAs can't prevent the reporting of crimes, unfortunately that doesnt mean companies will still try and DD was covered by twitch in a sense so they both could save face, classic corporate.

Man, I remember when he did that stream where he was crying when he first got caught cheating. I unsubbed from him then, and I quit supporting him. Skip forward all the way to yesterday; I'm talking to a friend, and I asked him "Why do all these people in power go corrupt and do (insert horrible acts with minors)?" And he was like "Well I mean internet ppl aren't like that!". I said EDP, and Disrespect. Then I log on and see all this insane shit going on yesterday. Thanks for the video cause this is insane. Protect your kids!

to be fair a lot of people with no systemic power also do horrible things, but being able to pay people off, hire lawyers, friends in high places etc and having social power is pretty strong... thing is people always say absolute power corrupts absolutely, i believe absolute power *reveals* absolutely, it shows someone's true character if you give them a ticket to commit crimes and they do them knowing there won't be consequences, but i don't think everyone would be "corrupted" by power. agree with the end part though, good vid, and as always, as you said protect your kids ! there are a lot of scummy people in this world so if they've got the internet make sure they know how to be responsible cause there's a lot of bad places to go and a lot of bad people to talk to.

NDA'S have a lifespan of 4 yrs and are usually only for contracted workers. If you are fired from the company YOU ARE STILL UNDER THE NDA'S, however HOWEVER ONLY UNTIL IT RUNS OUT. if you don't sign another one when you renew your contract, which you wouldn't considering you were fired. The NDA'S are running out so people are free to talk.

This is an odd situation simply bcuz of thw legal talk. Too me it seems like this was brought up in court, and maybe at the time, The text messages were shown to maybe a judge or jury,? Just the wording of " no guilt was acknowledged" seems weird. Tbh i quicker trust the court of Law than the Court of public opinion imo.. there are soo many questions, that we dont have answers too

He is innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent. I despise rushes to judgment, in all cases, and people acting as judge, jury, and un-aliver before they know all of the facts. I never watched him much, but if I had and liked his content, I wouldn’t stop watching unless he is found guilty of an actual crime. Right now, we have nothing, no real proof at all.

The only real thing we have is his own statement saying that inappropriate conversations were had with a minor. He himself said that. That statement alone is enough to have suspicion that would at least make you question your support, if you did watch him.

@@whatitdodave not really, not for me if she were sixteen or older, simply because I have relatives who got married and/or had kids at sixteen, seventeen, and two friends even had a child when they were fifteen. Whatever happened, though, it has no bearing on my life whatsoever, so I’m really not that interested. We all know that people lie, though, and someone is lying, especially in light of the new info that an ex-Twitch employee has been accused of pretending to be an underage girl. In this light, his tweet is not damning because the female was lying about her age and making him think she was “underage.” 17 is not underage to me thanks to my own happy relatives who made “underage” relationships work. Hell, my own parents are seven years apart in age, and they’ve been together 59 years in October. Actual children are off limits, though.
