i love how chef claudio says “this is a learning moment for you”. Gordon Ramsay would say something like “are you trying to go home tonight” or something to really scare the contestant. These are HOME COOKS out of stress they will make mistakes, even those that seem obvious from an audience perspective. Claudio is such a good mentor.

Lol I love Andre throwing shade at the people worried about using spices, I can't imagine eating something without any either.
Jennifer is gifted. The way she thinks and uses 'memories' as her basis for her recipes is something most gifted people tend to possess. From conceptualization to application off the top of their head with little to no planning.
Andre and Jennifer were smart to not use all spices in thr same component. That way you can taste all the spices.
what can you even do with Lavender? I can't think of anything appetising with such a perfumy spice.
