For the cost and size it's a nice one. It's not going to be as good as the larger much more expensive speakers but for the size and cost it's one of the best and made well.

I have this and it really is a beast. Got this for around 8$ only here in the Philippines. Sounds is loud you can't imagine it is coming to this tiny thing. It produce quality sounds with rich bass. Also can play 7 to 8 hours with 60 to 80 percent volume.

Thanks for feedback. Yes for money it's great. Not going to be like a $100 speaker for sure but just overall built quality for something so small is pretty good.

Really nice review😊! The key ingredients that make this speaker so good is the metal low resonance body, the neodymium magnet, and the passive radiator. If a speaker has these features it will sound great.

I picked up the EWA A110,,,, great thing about this speaker is with two can be paired together for 'stereo' sound,,,, and that is amazing,,, especially for the price as you said,,,, and yeah,,,, super heavy for such a small device... had them for years and are my travel speakers for on the road

Putting 2 monaural speakers together is not stereo. Also to hear stereo, it must be broadcast, or recorded in stereo.

Hello, I totally agree with this review. I have a handful of JBL top of the line portable (Bluetooth) speakers, i.e.., Go 3, Flip 6, Pulse 3 and Charge 5 and a few other brands. I like them all, but the speaker I find myself using the most (out of convenience) is the EWA. Why? Because this little sucker packs a punch and its small size fits perfectly on my mini shelf mounted above my headboard on the bed. Yeah, when I'm lying in bed with either my mobile phone or tablet this is my Go-to-Choice speaker.

Yes, for sure. For the size and for the money it's really good. obviously it's not going to compete with $70 larger speakers but overall this is fairly good and I still use mine also. Thanks for watching.

Hello Craig, I hope you’re doing good! Do you think this device is powerful enough to be used in a classroom to make some listening exercises with the pupils? Would be very handy for me since it’s comparatively light-weight! Over here things are getting a little better pandemic-wise. Vaccination is accelerating and the numbers are dropping slowly. But the Oktoberfest has been cancelled again, for the second time. But hopefully we will be allowed to go on holiday, at least within Germany. Hotels and the like are still almost closed, except for business trips. But there seem to be some light at the end of the tunnel. All the best and stay safe!

Hi Stephan. I think it would be. Of course it's so small that it won't be as loud as a very large speaker but I think it can fill a room quite well. Also, the price is so good it might be worth a try to see what you think. Amazon has such a good return policy you really don't take too much of a chance. I just like the size to sound ratio. No, it's not the best sounding speaker you can buy, but it's the best I think for the tiny size. Yes, things are slowly getting better here also. I hate to see Oktoberfest is cancelled again since that is all the way in October and people should be in a much better state then plus it can mostly outdoors. Not sure why they would cancel that again as that is the heart of Germany and so many Germans love the festivals (but I'm guessing the smaller ones vs Oktoberfest). I'm sure the hotels are hurting very badly with the restrictions too. Stay safe and good luck with your summer.

Price per value is probably the most important factor and so price discussion is relevant.

@@craigneidel Yeah, I got it. I was confused because holding the button is what triggered bluetooth. So I assume: 1 - Click and it pauses/plays 2 - Click hold ~2 sec turns on/off 3 - Click hold ~4 sec for bluetooth

You said you can link 2 together for stereo but I can’t find any information on that. Are you really sure it works?

I am not sure I confirmed that in video but in any case I don't think you can do that. It's under 20 bucks so isn't going to have all the bells and whistles.

You'd be surprised how hard it is to find diet cherry Pepsi around here... 😂

it should list the bluetooth version on the Amazon page. I do think its an older version but depending on your Mac's age it could work fine. Just check compatibility between both.

I didn't buy it, $78 on Australian Amazon 😢

$78 bucks - wow that is crazy. Things are so high in Australia and I can't imagine they would charge that for that little speaker. In the USA it's like $16 bucks.
