Man, that was an awesome explanation. Would've been even better had you mentioned a few strategies to re-calibrate a broken circadian rhythm due to lifestyle and environmental factors. I can guarantee that majority of the viewers who watched this till the end was more interested in knowing "what can be done to fix?". Anyway thanks for the good work.

Great presentation....would be interesting to see how you would address intentional interrupters that originate from the conscious faculties of an individual desiring a specific and particular outcomes, ie; impact of imagination, meditation, guided visualization on the aforementioned glandular system. Also what occurs with the circadian functions when someone deliberately alters their state then walks across fire, lies on a bed of nails and/or increases heat output from hand (as in Qi Gong Healing) to as high as 150 F.
