I agree with you 100% l also think water 💧 plays a HUGE part in skin care. Stay away from drinking soda and juices too. Both of them carry loads of sugar. Have a wonderful weekend with your family 🦋

There are so many things I can't eat since I had my gallbladder out. I definitely have to watch my fat content, no milk unless it's almond milk, and the worse fats for me ice cream and chocolate. I do eat tons of avocados, love nuts and fruits and salads not too much dressing. It's kinda a pain in the patoot, but in a good way 😊 great question answers!

I don't guess McDs fulfills protein (beef) and carb (roll) properly. But do my salads and avocados offset the "bad" in my favorite treat? Probably not! Oh, well!

I'm old enough to remember that eating chocolate or fried foods was blamed for bad skin. I always thought that sensitivities to foods and skin reactions was individualistic. Hydration seems to be key for me.😉👍

@@DrMudgil This is strange, but I was going to ask this question. I have to be careful of protein excess because of my kidneys, but I've been eating alot more veggies with healthy fats and my skin has never been smoother and softer. Avocado has been my fat of choice - instead of mayonnaise I use avocado...

Good question - sometimes, if you're carrying around a little extra weight and are insulin resistant, those conditions can stimulate the growth of skin tags.
