Most actors and actresses have better results working with Yang Zi. Bec she's so talented , professional and kind, no scheming or using the other's popularity bec she is the bright star. That's why a lot want to partner with Yang Zi. I hope to see Yang Zi challenges a villain in future, or a demon, or twins, one good and the other evil.

@@aqidahanuar2609 they were both side characters in the legend of chusen along with a lot of actors/actress in immortal. Cheng yi’s character is pretty similar to yingyuan in terms of wanting to hold justice & going by the books. Yang Zi’s character is the completely opposite; cold, stern, but super dedicated to being the best/strongest. Season 1 was great, however the ending with bleh & season 2 of legend of chusen didn’t really “answer” or give a good ending either.

Among every Chinese actor with white hair look, Cheng Yi looks the best.

These two have been friends for a long time. Cheng Yi is in Yang Zi's best buds list and vice versa. I'm just so happy to see them work together again and are now both leads.

I also watched the drama ‘love like the galaxy’ but i became prone to watch ‘immortal samsara’ more bcoz of the chemistry of chengyi and yang zi. So looking forward for their scenes together .do hope its not a sad ending story

I don't think Ying Yuan is foolish. He is thoughtful and committed. He wanted to protect the world because the world has her family, her friends, her clan, and her dream to become a writer. He wanted her to live happily and carefreely and do what she wanted to do without any restrain. He rather silently suffered himself than letting her die in pain and sorrow. That's why he erased her memory. He was always blaming himself for being born as a son of Devine and Fairy. Therefore, he had to bear his parents' sins and take responsibility for the world's peace even if it could take his life to do so. She only suffered for love, but he suffered not only for love but also for his own origin and those who died in the war. So, I think he was hurt more than her. And if she loves him, why not trying to understand and share his weight together, better than keep blaming him for not returning her love.

To share means to hide no secret and clear the misunderstanding 😢 Anyway, do you guys feel as satisfied as I am when watching the episode 39? @@linawati2096 We could feel sorry and sympathy for Yan Dan but couldn't blame Ying Yuan and feel satisfied when she rejected him. She has already known about his origin, his responsibilities, and his own restrains on the heavenly rules. She only didn't understand why he couldn't love her. As an Sovereign Lord, he couldn't break the rules, and couldn't speak out loud that he loved her. Without his fights and protection, how she and everything she loves could exist untill now. In the cottage, even though he was blinded, he still felt that she was the one taking care of him. He understood her so well, and knew right away that her sister was lying and the reason she didn't tell the truth to protect her sister. Then, why couldn't she understand his reasons and feel that he did everything he could to protect her from being purnished and disappeared. He took care of everybody and protected them (not only Yan Dan) as much as possible without saying anything and breaking the heaven's rules. Like the way he did for the betrayor that lead to the Devine - Fairy War. As the rules, she must be purnished from existence because of her betrayal and love. SPOILER ALERT: S P O I L E R Actually, they're still good brothers in this drama. What we saw and know from the early episodes is not as simple as it seems and we'll learn more once more episodes unfold. All I can say is that Wu Zhi Qi or more precisely Xuan Xiang/Liu Wei Yang is not the big baddie in this drama.

the only reason why cheng yi looks more comfortable while acting with yangzi is because yangzi owns the agency which get acting roles for herself and some others under her employment. yangzi is a great actress and owning her own company means she cannot be easily bullied or coerced to do scenes she does not want to plus yangzi is a natural comedic person. there was problems between chengyi and crystal on L&R because crystal was badly bullied by the agency HR supported by the owner of the agency which crystal works for. chengyi was not happy with his friend being mistreated but could do nothing about it without tarnishing his own career.

I thought they filmed this when yang zi was still with HR. Her contact ended after the filming for this drama. I think they just get along because they've been friends for a long time. Since 2016 or earlier.

@@pclkck Yangzi started her company from what i read was circa 2017-2018, she was not being treated well so after her contract she left and started her own company. i believe this drama was filmed end 2020 to beginning of 2021. i was doing a comparison between chengyi acting relationship with yangzi and chengyi with crystal because there was lots of trouble while filming L&R but because yangzi is an independent agent and pretty well known / liked actress besides this production team is really professional so there was not much tension while immortal samsara was being filmed.
