My sincerest condolences to all that lost a loved one. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021. It was a very long process of chemo seeing her throwing up withering day by day with no knowing of what's next. She is now a cancer survivor and has recently done her first bone therapy in May of 2023 with the next around the corner. I may not have had cancer but I'm witness to it and I have the utmost respect for all of you who. I won't say everything will be fine because I know we'll never know if it will or won't. Love those who are with us now, remember those who left us and cherish those who are leaving us because all we'll have are memories. Thank you for the educational video. Blessings to all.

my mother died in 2016 from triple negative breast cancer. we caught it early at stage 1 and she was given over a 90% chance of survival, but chemo, radiation, and a double mastectomy wasn’t enough. it spread to her lungs. Cedars-Sinai treated her, and they didn’t even realize it spread to her lungs until days before she passed. She was diagnosed at 48 years old, and passed at 49. a year after her initial stage 1 diagnosis.

My mom had cancer since 1981 and she died in 2020. It was a slow growing cancer that began in the thyroid and ended with a brain tumour. In her dying days she said that she was happy to meet her grandkids before she died and all her children are fine. Three years after her death, I accidentally got pregnant at 41. I think life goes on and there is hope.

I lost my mom to colon cancer and Covid19 combined a couple of years ago. It was devastating to see her go in front of me. It was the most painful experience I ever went through in my life. I just wanted to die there with her. It affected the electricity in my heart. I still have shortness of breath and tachycardia from it. They are now trying to convince me to go on antidepressants. The whole experience made me feel as if a horse had just kicked me in the chest. I felt a lot of pain when I was in front of her. I still have dreams about her and I know I will see her again soon. Cancer is the most vicious and deadly disease on this planet. It sneaks up on you when you least expect it and evades sometimes medical treatment. I hate it. I don't want to see anyone suffer from it. God bless all the survivors.

I must admit,i only found out in 2021 how people with Cancer actually die. I saw images of women with breast cancer in isolated, poor areas who had not been able to afford or travel for treatment on Reddit & could not believe how these women were still alive. Then someone told me its not so much that the cancer kills, its what it blocks or presses on. Its a very cruel thing for anyone to go through. One person wrote "if we didnt have cancer,we would live far too long and who wants that"?? As though cancer was a saviour. Clearly they had never experienced cancer or watched a friend or family member with it. My partners ex died of pancreatic cancer last year, she was in her early 40s,it was awful. Cancer has always been around and i hope a cure is found for every type of cancer.

My mother died of pancreatic cancer. I had never experienced being around anyone with cancer. I know nothing about other cancers but pancreatic cancer is horrible. I literally watch my mother dye a slow death. She was diagnosed with stage 3. From diagnose with radiation, she didn't survive a year. 😢. Her last 2 days we put her in hospice. She had severe pain about 12 hours before her death. Thank God for hospice and morphine.

He has congestive heart failure before the cancer diagnosis and has pneumonia several times and was losing weight. I thought the pnumonia and weight loss was from the congestive heart failure but it was from the lung cancer. I lost my dad on May 30, 2023. That day I lost a part of myself. No one and I mean no one should die of cancer in 2023. This is sickening. There is a cure but because of money and greed they will never put it out. At that stage, we just wanted him to be as comfortable as possible, and fortunately, all of the loved ones were by his side when he passed away.. He survived 2 years with cancer, chemotherapy and radiotherapy before he became too weak to undergo treatment.. the cancer metastasized to the brain, and he got into the state of delirium, he was admitted to hospital for a month before his health started going downhill and starting to depend on an oxygen mask, from there, things started escalating quite quickly and passed away within the next 48 hours as stuff became very fast, but the days felt long with distress.. We're now just glad that he's already at peace, reunited with my grandmother and in the arms of Jesus Christ.. God bless them always and let their memories live on..

He had always been pretty slim from what I've seen on photos, but got even slimmer as his cancer progressed. My granny, his wife, is dealing with cancer now. It's sad how many elderly people have this - people over 65 are over 3 times more prone to getting cancer then people around the age of 45. At least it grows slower because of the slower cell division rate. Y'all get yourselves checked up regularly and don't ignore persistent pain - it can save your life!

Hours before she died, she was happy, cheerful and ready to go home and a long stay at the hospital. At the time, I hadn’t understood about what kind of cancer she had, but last year I did a research project on it. Turns out she had stage 4 Neuroblastoma, which ment her chances of survival were incredibly low. And even then, the release rate was 50%, and once you relapse, the survival rate drops to 10%. Cancer is just...Awful. It ruins future plans, hope, and people. It does more harm than good. My dad's former work friend, fishing buddy, and family member figure died from liver cancer last August. He fought cancer for two years and was only 65. I've witnessed several family members die from it throughout the years and it's hard to watch. These people go from healthy to emaciated, pale, and sickly overnight. I would say, cancer is the worst condition just behind Dementia. I have a family member currently in the midst of a brutal cancer fight and my parents and I moved two hours away from our old home to be closer to them. His is one of the most deadliest so his timeline is unknown, it's not pancreatic cancer but it is a GI tract one and it's metastatic. But thankfully, it's treatable and he's done quite well so far, just exhausted all the time. It's just hard to watch. I think what sucks is that cancer is a lot of times, something that wins and many of them are a sentence to your doom.

I was diagnosed with the rare THL , stage 4 , DLBCL non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and had cachexia, lymphedema and Ascites ravaging my body three years ago. I had a tumor the size of a melon growing in my abdomen. Fist size blisters popped up everywhere on my legs. They had to attach a Nephrostomy tube to my kidney to drain the urine into a Nephrostomy bag that hanged out the side of my body. The tumor had blocked the kidneys from doing what they were supposed to do. The first year was Hell ! I don’t know how I survived. The chemotherapy was as harsh as f…k ! It liquified the melon size tumor into 9 liters of cancer death. After failing chemotherapy treatment, I was treated with immunotherapy and then eventually CAR-T . I wanted to die ! The pain was unbearable. I cry every time when I think about these three years. My doctor said it’s PTSD ! But miracles happen! Here I am …. Better and in good health! In Remission now for over a year.

I remember nurses trying to force feed my mother cause she wouldn't eat in her final days. I had to shut them down. I had to tell them give her medicine and that's it make it easy for her. Between the stage 4 breast cancer spreading, the radiation, the chemotherapy and sepsis that entered her blood stream there was no way she was about to eat. I already knew she was going to leave us. So I wanted her to be pain free as much as possible. In the end she told me thank you and I did the right things for her. It was not easy to have so much authority over her life but I'm glad it was me and she was as comfortable as she was going to get as she transitioned over to eternal life. I truly hate this disease. I actually said once I don’t know what is worse to die from between Dementia/Alzheimer’s especially if someone ends up with both. To die either by your brain deteriorate until you basically become a shell of your old self before dying as in the case of dementia/Alzheimer or from your own body cells pretty much attacking itself as in the case of cancer. This video pretty much reaffirms my debate on the matter

My mother had stage 4 breast cancer. I had to watch her suffer via videos because I was pregnant and she was going through radiation and chemo. Anytime I seen the slightest change I would call and alert the nurses who didn't think I was right until it was too late. She would talk senseless to me and she was highly intelligent. I told them something wasn't right and sure enough her blood was infected which was sepsis and it pushed her demise. When I was finally able to be in the same room with her she died the next morning. I will never forget how helpless I felt and how helpless she felt. Her concerns where the children who had cancer that where on the same hospital floor as her. I've never seen someone so concerned about others while they were dying. But my mom was that person. I know your pain all to well. I'm sending you a virtual hug and love out of respect of what you've suffered as well. Heck my mom passed away in 2019 and I'm still tearing up as a write this. It never gets easy you just learn to live with the pain even after everyone else has moved on with their lives.

No one wants to die, but we all will die eventually. It is my opinion, after watching older relatives die from cancer, that if your cancer has reached an incurable stage, then the best thing to do is say your goodbyes to loved ones, get your financial affairs in order as best you can, and then jump over the last few months of life because they are not worth living. So, if your state has a Death with Dignity law, then use it.

Not a human being but I learnt so much more when I saw my dog battled cancer and lost. The cancer started at his spleen then spread to his liver and subsequently to his other organs. Treatment couldn't catch up with the failure of the organs. It is like fixing a badly dilapidated house. You fix the sink then the AC went spoilt and so on. In the end, the cancer spread to his stomach and intestines and he had frequent diarrhoea. It also spread to his mouth and he started to have problem opening his mouth to eat. It was heartbreaking to see him suffer. In the end, he died naturally in his sleep due to multiple organ failure. I am so sad and some days I still miss him so much. Miss and love you my Auguste boy. Stay happy in heaven

(This is gonna be quite a read) I lost my mom a little over 3 years ago to cancer as well she was super tough she first got breast cancer back in 2007 due to a car accident and had glass sharss embedded in her chest which later caused the cancer, she had surgery and chemo and beat it for a time but just 7 years later it had metastasized into her spine because they didnt manage to remove it all and she didnt get a check up till that point and was told she had 2 to 5 years to live (she through the grace of God lived another 6 and a half years) Since then she had begun going to church one she actually liked in the end ans it had given her the will power to do so much,my father was incarcerated the year prior and she took hold of the family stuff because all 4 of her kids were too young i despite having finished school struggled to land and keep a job for a long time so i was helpless to help her but i did what i could for her so during her fight she went to church almost daily every week she worked doing babysitting and yard sales to keep us afloat and even had food stamps and stuff to help with costs, she later suffered a fracture on her spine which would of made her paralyzed from the waist down thankfully she never went through that, and over the years the cancer spread to her lungs, brain, and stomach she was so strong though she was growing thinner and thinner and could barely walk 3 months before her passing but she essentially just got herself a job working at a restaurant on top of her working as an usher for our church all her own choice though and we also took her to disneyland because she loved it and the characters she had a great day there even though we practically wheeled her all around on her walker chair but im glad she went and we had fun, she didnt want to go and prayed constantly but she also told us that she didnt want to be hooked up to life support of any kind. During her last months she constantly threw up a lot and had problems eating and could barely walk to the bathroom but she didnt fully deteriorate till her final week she was hospitalized for the last time (before this she had come and gone multiple times and every time she got out within a few days) she looked mostly fine even during our final call with her because we couldnt go and visit directly due to covid restrictions it was 2020 afterall my sister noted she wasnt fully there in the head and she passed away 3 hours later but the hospital made an ecception and allowed one of us inside to see her and she was trying to sleep but she began making weird movements which i to this day believe she tried to tell my sister to move her to her side so she can go to sleep which she did and thats how she went in her sleep the doctors said her heart just stopped they did try to resuscitate but were told to stop as it was pointless I will forever hate cancer and the fact that some of our genes dont have the cell correction thing to prevent errors from becoming a cancer i am 4x at risk for cancer because both sides of my family had a history of deaths related to cancer i lost 3 of my grandparents to it before i was even a thought of existing For those of you with loved ones fighting this terrible disease i highly suggest finding as many different and useful herbs and other natural as useful as medicine is the side effects seriously messed with my mom i basically had to tell her to stop taking Metformin as it caused more damage than it did to help her during her last months but i didnt know or understand much heck even now i could of told her to take apple cidar vinegar, ginger root and ither things that may have better helped without any of those negative side effects its a lesson learned for our family i know the doctors were not maliciously assaigning medication to her like that they did a lot to help her but looking to natural stuff may help in more prevention though still do research and shower them with love they will appreciate it more than you know and will also leave you with less regrets when they finally pass on

So even if I'm a carrier less likely it be cause of skin cancer for me.

My father was diagnosed with bladder cancer and underwent a cystectomy in 2023. After the surgery, he recovered well for 4-5 months. However, in January 2024, he suddenly lost mobility in his lower body and was admitted to the hospital. He initially underwent chemotherapy with no progress and then began immunotherapy, which provided slight improvement but caused severe leg pain. After the third chemotherapy session, he stopped eating due to severe mouth ulcers and was hospitalized again. Though stable initially, his condition worsened, leading to organ failure. Despite being on life support, he passed away the following day. I share this to urge others in similar situations to be extremely vigilant.
