🙏🏻 Pranam Sri. It is quite daunting for an aspirant to be around a yogi. They can scan through you. Its a strange kind of vulnerability but must be deeply comforting that someone can get you without words and accept you just the way you are..without any judgement. How bful 😊

Many years ago I was initiated in Kriya Yoga by Paramahamsa Pragnanananda. Instruction included, while eyes were closed, lifting the brows. At that moment I thought "Oh, no. I will get wrinkles!" Guru said, "Stop thinking about wrinkles!" So he read my mind. Another devotee told me later he had a similar experience of his mind being read.

While I enjoy listening to the speaker the titles are becoming click-baity. He isn't talking about what is in the title - he is just recounting what he has written in his book. Your title and the question in the description are very different as well : How does one do vs What does one do.
