Hey Guys,
Today Marshall does a quick Video showing us the benefits to a compact tractor with a mid mower and why you may want to consider one. The mid mower is generally something that fits most under 30hp tractors in most brands. Most people like the speed and cut of a zero turn mower, but when they have hills they start to realize that is not the ideal machine for their property. This CK2510 is what you need with hills. This tractor will run on some pretty good size inclines even when grass is wet like in the video and it will still not rip it up!

Nice video. Any way for you to find out what the slope is of the second pass (driving towards the camera) was? I have a hill with ~19 degree slope and was hoping this tractor could do it.
Do Kioti tractors require any special buttons or actions when mowing in Reverse? The green tractor requires a button press every time you back up and I could do without that. Thanks!

I’m thinking about selling my Ventrac 4500z becuase the implements have become unaffordable. But after seeing this…. I’m gonna keep it.
Does the mid mount mower make it more stable on inclines compared to pull behind cutter?

I would say slightly, but not by a whole lot. The brush hog would work better for brush than the mid mower. The mid mower is more for fine grass cutting. The loaded tires are what will make a difference
What is the largest Kioti that a mid mount mower comes on?

This package was right around $20500 with everything and all rebates with an msrp of right around 24k
What hill.... First... Take the front end loader off your tractor mowing. A couple more feet down on your "hill" would have it... And you're gone.

Taking any compact tractor and mowing a contour with the weight of that FEL suspended in space is soon to be an ass-puckering experience......
