I like the idea behind the 20 push-ups caller. It's about consistency, not the amount of pushups. You can change the number but if you can maintain that number over an extended period of time then you've succeeded

I workout at home too it's cool
I get what the last caller was saying, but he should have said after 20, go higher once you get the groove of it. Cause 20 push ups a day ain't no real work out
You definitely will not have any leg gains from no damn push-ups .😅
