You could very well prepare italian turron with the egg whites, sweet and delicious. They also call it italian meringue. In a pot put 2 cups of sugar, half a cup of water, pinch of salt, half a cup of honey, bring it to a strong thread consistency. 225 o F. On your stand mixer, whisk 6 egg whites When the honey reaches 230 t0 235 degrees F with your mixer running, add a steady stream of the honey, continue whisking so that all the honey is well incorporated. You can use this meringue to cover cakes, or fill disposable paper/plastic cups for individual servings. You can dust cinnamon on top or multicolor candy. You can do half a recipe too.

Merry Christmas Nicole and family. It’s just me, my husband and daughter, we have cebuchon and lumpia shanghai, however I cheated, i ordered it frozen and ready to cook. But I did made the fruit salad and baked macaroni. Since there is only 3 of us the food will lasts for few days 😊

Pinabili ko lamang po sa pinsan ko sa maynila. Sa mga pagawaan ng stainless na oven po yata di ko po alam saan exact location. Pero din daw po sa online, search nyo po stainless gas oven. ☺️
