How do you move on from trauma?

Trauma will cause our mind to be flooded with thoughts. Our emotions become overwhelmed with feelings. The thoughts and feelings seem impossible for us to move on from.
Viktor Frankl, a well known psychologist, believed that all people must do three things.
1. Do some thing every day, that if you don’t do it, someone else is hurt. This helps to get our focus off of ourselves.
2. Find a community of people that would believe in you just the way you are.
3. Learn to see your life redemptively.
