I went to buy an over the counter preparation to treat my fungal nail infection, but it was more expensive than I thought it would be and no guarantees of working, so I decided to go down an alternative route. I bought some vapo-rub (I bought Asdas own brand that cost £1.50 for 50ml). I applied genorously to my toe nails & used some cotton wool with more product on, which I tucked under my nails in the hope some of the ointment would get under the nails. I then used a plastic sock that I had with a foot mask to cover my feet & wore for about 2 hour, longer if I could. Anyway, Toby surprise after just one application I noticed a difference! I continued this treatment for two weeks, as despite looking better sooner, I couldn't be sure & I didn't want the progress to reverse. Anyway my toes are good as new still....so simple but it worked for me 😊!

Right after two weeks, I already observed a few changes in my toenails. This was because of the fungus infection treatment method known as t.co/cXHql7o10S which I have been making use of each morning and evening. Within just Fourteen days the brownish blackis.h spot I had on my nail from fungus was vanished.. .

Two questions. First, if you have both athletes foot and toenail fungus, should they be treated in parallel, or one before the other? Second, my work requires steel toed shoes. In all my searches, I have yet to find any that provide adequate ventilation. Any suggestions? Changing socks mid-day, and foot powder help some, but not enough to will the battle against this stuff.

Tks for your video. I think I have a fungus infection for more than a decade I I would like to ask you if I am correct. I pay a lot of attention to my feet and my nails a not bad looking I only see that the toenail separates from the nail bed especially after I paint by toe nail and if I let it go longer I have the fear that I might loose it. The nail color y good, it’s not brittle . I’ll appreciate your response.

Best to get your nail tested for fungal and then create a treatment plan from there. As sometimes nail separation from the nail bed can be trauma related too.

Hey! If you haven't already ensure your nail sample has been tested to confirm onychomycosis. See a Podiatrist to go through options and see what you can do next. Pain can occur if the nail has thickened or become compromised from fungus or trauma excessively meaning more pressure on the nail bed. Hope this helps your journey 💛

Is there a fungus that is not curable? I’ve had this fungus on and off for like three or four years now. I’ve found over the counter products that worked but then the infection came back. I’m trying this prescription medication, it’s like a liquid you put on the toes. Anyways, if anything I might consider taking the oral medication for fungus, which I hear can damage your liver. Is it really worth it? Idk it sucks because I also have excessive sweating on my feet which doesn’t help the issue at all.

Worthwhile having a discussion with your doctor to see if your medical history is safe for oral anti fungal tablets. Fungus is incredibly difficult to clear and can take years sometimes to clear. I've had clients whereby we have been treating for 5 years and only now are the nails in good condition.
