I am currently preparing my farm. I am planting alfalfa plant, brachiaria grass to make pellets in addition to High quality cassava peel that I intend to give them. What advice do you have for me with regards to their feeding? Is it OK? Or any other supplements to be added?

You better be prepared to sacrifice a LOT of feed for holsteins! Short productive life if pushed. I would suggest you follow the example of South Africa and adopt Ayrshires. Better cattle in every category. The holstein association will be relentless. Sad!
Nice description. However the feeding mathemacs vs production do not make any sense. Producing 20lts/day and consuming 11kg of dairy meal and hay?
