I totally relate to what you said about daily Bible reading in a study bible...I get so distracted. I was also relieved to hear that I'm not the only one that has to bounce from Bible to Bible to keep the momentum going. Thanks for motivating me to stay in His word. 😀

My favorite Bible highlighters are the Frixion ones...They are light, don't bleed through and are erasable.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best videos you have created. When I get out of my season of forced frugality, I want to order a Treveris for reading pleasure. Haven't yet added one to my collection, but it will be that much sweeter for the wait. Regarding switching things up to stay enthusiastically in one's bible, since September I have been using Joyce Meyer's pink Battlefield of the Mind bible. I have never used the amplified bible for a full season, so I am giving this one a year's journey (hopefully!). I like switching up translations. When doing my bible studies, I like to have several translations open (for comparison) and a good commentary. It makes it enriching and FUN for me. When reading alone (not studying), I am currently going through the Message. I know it is a paraphrase by one gentleman (Eugene Peterson) but it makes a good reading bible if you're already familiar with the bible in other translations. I have honed my color/marking scheme down and am pretty satisfied with it now - it has taken a while, for sure! When time allows, I may share a few photos of my markings in my amplified bible on your facebook site for Sisters, if okay.

@LittleDisciplesCreations I have no problems with it. But I also don't have no eye issues either. A study Bible can be used for that purpose to study the Bible. And not your daily reader. You read from a different Bible that is comfortable for you
