Especially since you were a kid and probably didn't have much in the way of feeling personally self-sovereign. @@aliceglass6141 You're very welcome. I grew up dealing with a narcissistic grandmother. Nothing was ever good enough for her. Now I am dealing with a narcissistic coworker who is quite a bit the same. Working my way up through to self- sovereignty has been a very challenging experience. I still have my moments when I backslide. So when I hear of parents, narc or not, say things like you described, I admit, my hackles go up. Because in my book, there's no reason for that level of ignorance about the power of the Word.

I believe I was cursed before birth? I have 3 separate fathers to my children pass on... My father also passed away when I was 11. My first born passed at 3 days shy of 2 months old... I will definitely give this a try.... As a child I would have nightmares of being chased through the woods at night... I'm a huge empath and sometimes feel other people's emotions more than my own. To be honest i had no idea this was a gift until I grew older, I just assumed everyone had this quality inside of them... Animals are drawn to me especially cats and dogs... with this all being said, I've been doing some research and I'm wondering if maybe I'm a natural born witch??? Am I cursed for this reason??

I remove any negative energy, put on top of my energy field. I remove these curses, hexes, and spells in any and all directions of time now. I am not powerless, and my high vibration of love is of God.

Thank you so much, Christina! All of my life, I have felt cursed by my mother's dark energy, which I sense has really been focused on me, because of her own narcissism, insecurities, and fear of my light, talent, youth, strength, intelligence, power, or whatever. A while ago, I realized that every time I try to fight this dark energy, it gets stronger and I end up worse off...because what you resist persists, right? That's what makes sense to me, at least. I came to realize that fighting it was not the way and the only thing that would actually work was rising up (coming into my power) to a higher vibration, where her dark energy could no longer reach me. I think that's what you're saying here, isn't it? Thank you for that confirmation.

I was a attacked in 2020 by a dark witch and I admit at the time I was very upset about this. I worked really hard doing meditations to clear any negative energies away. It caught me totally off guard since I didn't call for this reason. The curse removal was at the tune of $400 dollars. I almost fell for it due to her notariety in the field. I can relate. I had a very dark and traumatic childhood; lots of pain, lots of abuse of every different kind. So...fast forward a few years, and, not surprisingly, I ended up with a host of "disorders" - including night terrors as a child, an eating disorder, "panic disorder with 'separation anxiety'-" as well as *C-PTSD* . My nightmares, like yours, were like horror movies...and they were _also_ every 2 days, like clockwork, all the way into my 30s. (From childhood!!). And, on top of that, I was put on strong benzodiazepines like *Xanax* at age 17 (I had the panic disorder as a young child, from my childhood trauma; but wasn't diagnosed "officially" until the age of 17.) When I had _my_ spiritual awakening, I learned *Ho'oponopono* and started working with the mantra 3 x a day...for about 6 months. At that point, that's _all_ I did. I also forgave those who hurt me the _most_ as a child and as an adult... and, I learned to forgive myself, as well. And after repeating Ho'oponopono every day, three times a day, for 6 months, gone were the nightmares. Gone were the panic attacks I had been having at least 2 times a WEEK!!! Regularly. ❤💪 (Oh and they haven't come back!!! It's been 5 years now without a _single_ panic attack; and I can't recall the last nightmare I had!! 😃 It is, indeed, a good feeling when you finally learn that you can heal _yourself_ instead of relying on doctors who: 1) don't know what to do other than throw a barrage of different kinds of _pills_ at you (what I call "Symptom Management," lol); and 2) you realize that _you_ are, ultimately, your OWN healer. 🌸 I know that was a pivotal moment for me!!! 😃 know what you mean about feeling "cursed;" I definitely felt like that _too_ for quite awhile!!! 😂 ❤

But, don't worry too much about what may be "real" vs MENTAL; try alternative modalities such as REIKI or Ho'oponopono -also, even affirmations, I hear, are very helpful; but what worked for me was Ho'oponopono 3 times daily for 6 months. It seems "impossible" when you realize it's "only" a mantra; but I believe it's a powerful healing modality - and I really cannot attribute the radical transformational HEALING(S) I had to anything else; and certainly not the _medical_ profession; because I wasn't taking *any* medication of any kind for it anymore - nor even seeing a doctor for them anymore - and I overcame those very long-standing patterns *naturally* - and so I highly advise something similar if it's feasible for you. ❤ (Obviously, if it's something you feel is _serious_ then see a doctor; but a lot of things can be healed via natural modalities, imo.) No one deserves to suffer the way I did and the way you probably are atm!! Please let me know if there is any other way I can help...I love sharing knowledge and wisdom that I've gained; there's no reason to keep it all to oneself!!! I'd be happy to. We are all here to help one another; or as one of my favorite quotes of all time reads: "We are all angels-with only one wing; and we can only _fly_ by embracing one another." 🤗😇❤

I stg bro I believe i was cursed by a higher power or some. Im a really fast learner but suddenly i lose my skills and i have the relearn everything & then after some time i lose all my skill again, this is a cycle & has been going on as long as I can remember. my mum has been diagnosed with a very rare, incurable cancer that only started in march. I hadn't thought about a curse until someone got in touch with me recently about two people angry at and jealous of my mother for having received an inheritance gift that they believe they are entitled to (they aren't). They aren't relatives of the person, they were blackmailing the person to get his money. When he passed, he left some money to my mum in his will and nothing to them. They have been trying to take his ex-wife to court. They are absolutely enraged that my mum was left any money because as they see it 'she was a scruffy little nobody'. That's how terrible these people are. I NEED to undo this curse on my mum's behalf. One thing I've realised about curses is that the giver ends up in a far worse situation than the one they caused (I've seen so much evidence of this). But that's not enough for me. I want to break the curse placed upon my mum.

I've been noticing that karma or the things we putting out there are coming back much faster than they used to. When you said that about the person who tries to do that to someone will get it right back to them it made me shudder. Maybe that will be a lesson that they take to heart. I feel bad that they are in such a negative place

a lot of my stuff and baggage was ancestral not past life (wounded children, narcisstic/ co-dependent patterning, broken marriages, health issues etc) Actually realising this and not internalising and working on releasing it helped me. My mum and dad didn't want me even before birth. My twin was accepted and named by my mum and dad. I had parents and 3 big siblings none gave me a name. My name was given to me by my godmother thank goodness, she loved me enough. She was catholic and her religion was her first love and her husband and daughter. I was truly blessed by my godmother and husband they always saw the best in people. God blessed me with knowing true love with them. God blessed me with not been loved by my parents. I had that energy every day. I didn't know i could leave when i started work. I was backwards not given tools to run my daily life. Not any information. Nothing. At least i saw both sides. But only a little of gods love and i got endurance through it all. I actually thought only way out was by getting married. Another bad relationship and so they carried on. One bad relationship aftet another. I know i came to stand up for myself. But doing it alone. Just broke me. Yes i had nervous breakdown and mentally broken my connections wires burnt out. Blocks of any sort happen when the energy is stagnant and needs to be moved . Whether it’s creative or emotional. I would suggest a movements practice. Ecstatic dance would be my go to. Put on some music that helps you move in a way that feels good to your body. And once you feel light and joyful, you could try a meditation connecting to the Fae Realm. Set an altar, with flowers if possible and come to a feeling of lightheartedness, a sense of whimsical energy and ask for guidance. This works for me everytime. I usually get a flood of ideas afterwards and just put pen to paper 📄
