For me, matching pin out is super important but backup corresponding solder pads is a MUST incase the connector breaks

the way I pick ESC is simple, check the FET datasheet, the current in FET datasheet should be 3x advertised current (A), if 50A esc, the FET current should be 150A and lowest response time as possible. it is electronic component after all

I’m with ya on this one JB! I keep telling myself that repinning the esc to the fc is more reliable than a connector. It’s just a mental game to help with a chore I hate to do. 😂

20x20 35a Aikon has been the only ESC's I have not killed yet. This is on 6s

Umm had to repin esc-fc cable from tmotor mini racer f7 to foxeer reaper ESC but nothing big :)

Have You killed any of those esc? have one on my Nazgul, and was thinking to Buy a foxeer in case the stock breaks

are all esc compatible with DJI 03?

Yes because they don’t talk to the o3 at all, just the flight controller If you want osd in the googles make sure you look into which flight controller to get, I’m not familiar there, but the esc will be fine
