    @@LeoShoSilva I hate to say "it depends" but it really does. 80% of your total training in zone 2 is a good rule of thumb though 🙂

    My age is 63. I have been running for last 6-7 years. I have been doing zone 2 running for last 4 months. Pl tell me how long should take for me to run easily in zone 2 without walking.
