I haven’t been able to forgive anyone for the things they’ve said and done to me bc I can’t understand why I deserved it. And I can’t drop anything, literally at all. It’s so hard. I still cry and feel the exact same trauma I felt 10 years ago from my dad, even if I try to do self development and I feel like I’m over it, I’m not

I have a male friend, who I really really liked. He rejected me, I wasn't his type. I started to sulk in spirit, I had no joy when I was with him, I was filled with sadness and I finally understand why. I have to forgive this man, accept he doesn't want me and move forward. I believe my bitterness in the past ruined my relationship..now listening to this I'm forgiving everyone that has hurt me

God please remove any and all bitterness from my heart !!! Help me to except that I will never understand why my sons life ended and why he was treated the way he was . Wash my soul of anything that henders me from your grace , love and forgiveness. Help me to not feel the need for justification. My eternal life with Jesus Christ is far more valuable. Help me to not delay forgiveness in any part of my life . For anyone no matter the circumstances. Help me always see that unforgiveness is a sin and its root will destroy my life and possibly the life of those whom have tress passed against me. Thank you Father for not keeping records of my wrongs and help me to not keep record as well !!! In Jesus name 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
