It's absolutely horrendous. Try calling their customer support with a question. They literally act bothered on the phone, like you should know how to do everything. I guess this is what happens when you have a monopoly

This is the worst web app that I've seen in my whole life. Want to check your subscription? F*ck you. Want to know what GTINs you could use? Go to hell.

I just purchased 2 GTIN last week from your site last week, i was immediately sent the GTIN number without the barcode. I have been searching how to get the barcode ever since.

Does GS1 purposely make this extremely difficult!!!??? This video was ZERO help on how to get/create a barcode. Even your video titles are wrong. I just don't get you guys, this is horrible

I can't understand why you need subscription for every action you need to do on your account??? Want to use our site? $50. Want to create barcodes? $250. Want to watch webinar and instructions? That would be $300

Gs1 is a Total and complete scam. No rhyme or reason for any of it, just makes things exponentially more difficult and they will ask for $750 to upgrade you certificate

Why can't I create a request to change my company name？ After i click "Create a Company Name change Request" ,it shows "We are sorry, you do not have permission to view the requested content."

GS1 US provides the barcode file in a .PNG format. This file should not be manipulated or resized after it is generated. We do not recommend printing barcode labels yourself unless it’s absolutely necessary. We strongly recommend that you use a professional barcode print vendor that is experienced in producing barcodes that follow the GS1 Standards. Choose from this list of GS1 US professional barcode print vendors (spfinder.gs1us.org/home?BarcodeServcieQueryCriteria.BarcodeServices=2). You can provide the barcode print vendor with printing instructions for your barcode by clicking on the “Export Definition” button and downloading a spreadsheet file to share.
