Assalamualaikum, me and my husband we born in Muslim family and been married for 8 years,I am a firm believer in Allah,alhamdulillah but my husband is not, he won’t pray or fast,but he does all the charity and participate in all rituals,I just want to know what can I do to find peace in my life to stop worrying about him, we have two children and am worried they going to follow their dad,I often get anxious and impatient especially when I see my husband eating during Ramadan without fearing anything,when I ask him why he’s not fasting he says nothing and he’s saying I can fast for you but not for himself,how can I manage this,can anyone please give me a solution, i wish and pray every second that one day I will be able to see my husband turning to Allah and he will lead me and my kids into the right path 🙏

I think the worst loneliness is when you feel lonely even though you are not alone. When you feel like you don't belong in your family, with your friends, your community culture country and you wonder where exactly you fit in. You feel like no one truly "gets" you so you can't connect with someone on a real, deep level

Unusual story, but as a revert I lost everything family, friends, my entire community, I eventually got married ( was married single woman) I’m divorced now, and raising my kids completely alone. However one thing my former friends always commented on was how Allah swt was always with me. I now concentrate on being an extra mother to all of the kids in my community Muslims and non Muslim. My doors are open to the kids, they get off tablets and come and play/ eat and have fun in our house. Whoever is alone has Allah swt. Allah swt is truly with us. 🙏🏽

Sometimes my sister/brother, Allah wants you to find Him first... so that your emotions are not vested onto another human. So that you do not become desperate to another creation nor do you despair at the disappointments of men... It's so easy to find Allah. He is waiting for you. When the earth is silent and the lovers of Allah are awake, wake up with them and ask of Him for His love and closeness and ask of Him for pious spouse who will be your piece of jannah as you will be for that person too, and righteous pious children, and anything you ever wanted. Loneliness can cause shaytaan to make you feel despair, but your action taken on the approach of loneliness can make you close to Allah... and what better company can there ever be? You are in our duaas too...❤

How beautiful when sheikh Omar said, when Allah decreed loneliness upon you, and you are patient, then he gives you something far better. He give you himself.

Can't stop crying! Can't stop tears. He gives tests. To keep you closer to him. There's loneliness, delay in Nikah, rejections 100s of times, isolation from the world but his plans are different. "He gave himself" Indeed ❤

Today is when the battle of Badr took place 17th of Ramadān where 313 Muslims defeated 1,000 of kufr Subhanallāh! ❤❤

"You may end up having to say goodbye to those who never forgot you, and who eagerly used to wait for you to remember them, even with a simple call" - this made me cry 😭 Dear brothers and sisters, if you still have parents, grandparents, siblings alive, please remember them and spend even just 1 minute to send a quick text to say hi, or to tell them you love them, spend 5 minutes a week to call them once a week and check in on them. We never know how much we have left with them in this dunya... Especially if you know that your parents or grandparents have always been there for you, remembered you, sacrificed for you ... Remember them and bring a smile upon their face with a simple call or message. May Allah help us to remember our loved ones, and may we aim to treat them in the best manners possible, and be reunited with them in Jannat-ul Firdaus, ameen! 🤲🙏

I’m surrounded by good ppl but my biggest issue is that I can’t open up to people especially if they are close to me. Im the eldest daughter of a poor immigrant household so I’ve always had to put on a tuff exterior. Most women I meet are really good at sharing their emotions and like most women I have really strong emotions but unlike them I’m not able to share it. I just feel like ppl will use my emotions against me. But Alhamdulillah for prayer, it’s when I can really express my true self to Allah.

Write more if that helps And being vulnerable IS strength. Look at Our Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) Trust is earned over time. Sounds like you can pray on asking to have trustworthy people around. And forgive betrayals when they inevitably happen. Because even our own shadow leaves us here at times. I struggle immensely with all of this. You are not alone.

I once asked my brother to sincerely tell me if i had bad habits or characters that keep people away from me. But he told me look, there's nothing wrong with you, and you must remember that Allah created everyone, but it's not everyone that has the gift of companionship which might be the best for you. But later on, i realised this has really been one of the greatest blessings Allah has given me. Infact i asked several more people around me so that i could change for the better but it appeared i had no bad habits or awful behaviour at all so i really figured out it was really my greatest blessing later on and Alhamdulillah for that.❤

Beautiful, I am currently suffering from loneliness and I say that I do not have friends, but after saying this, I thank God for everything. Thank you for your beautiful words.

So I have struggled too. Look at attachment styles. Pray for healing & fix your core wounds. Sounds like self sabotage/ low self esteem. But remember the right person will stay :) You can communicate it & heal more with the right person

Don't worry, I'm from a Muslim family and the majority do not practise as far as I know. I moved to a smaller town and I feel so lonely here. My friends are all far away from me and due to financial/health and other reasons, I'm not able to meet with them for a very long time. But since last year, I accepted that this is my life now and looking back at my friends, maybe it is for the best because many of them too involved in this dunya and neglecting solat and doing other not good stuffs. Alhamdulillah, I'm grateful for that. Less drama in my life too I found a wiser group of people and I learned a lot from the new group. I see my loneliness as my blessing now and Allah also always with me, We never really alone.

U have nothing to feel guilty about. U have more courage and will than the majority of us born into Muslim families. Stay strong. And if I can give u any advice, try to go to the mosque regularly, and go to charity Ramadan events. u ll find people who ll make u feel like it's family and a deep sense of community. "He gives you something better, He gives you himself” Having been alone most of my life, I have learned to try my best to rely on Allah and recently have been struggling with my faith. Please do not take this the wrong way, but I loved these when Dr. Suleiman spoke only and there were no actors acting them out. They're kind of distracting. I know I can just look the other way, which is what I do, but uhh anyway... just food for thought. Maybe others love them, so it's all good.

رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ Rabbi ‘inni limaa ‘anzalta ‘ilayya min khairin-faqeer O my Lord! I am indeed needy of whatever good You may send to me [Surah Qassas; 28:24]

I have never met any Sheikh in my life that addresses this issue . They just brush it under the rug like it doesnt exist. Yes Allah answers duas but one of the answers is that it might be answered in the next world (with good deeds) . It feels ofc painful for some people to hear this but also like such a relief for some. Alhamdoulillah. Someone can listen to this and really benefit.

We live in an age of digitalisation and social media, which has made people more distant from each other than in the past. Many people are no longer able to connect with others in real life, especially in the West and in Germany, where I live. There seems to be a global pandemic of loneliness, and it's not necessarily related to faith. The belief that Allah is always there for us, ensuring that we are never really alone, is comforting for believers. However, there are aspects of life where the presence of good and true friends is essential. May Allah grant us friends, a marriage and a community that will help us in this world and for the hereafter.

Whether ppl agree or disagree with the series due to the actors in it. I think its a great series. For those who have issue with it, look, us religious folks have a wide array of programming for US year round. But what about the muslims who arent so religious, dont think and look like us. What abt them? Arent they part of the Ummah. Part of why this series was made as Shaykh Omar explained was, he creates series based on what ppl need or have questions about. This is for the muslims who are struggling with their faith, have no representation and no content for them. Whether u agree or disagree, this series has reawakened the hearts of so many, and it may be the catalyst for many to come back to Islam. So stop judging, Islam is not black and white, there is more to it than that. Lets be respectful of the entire Ummah, not just the religious folks and enjoy the series and make dua for the entire team and their families ❤

@@89Salma89 yes I know but Muslim men are not supposed to look at other women even if they're modest and wearing hijab. They have to lower their gaze and some brothers are not able to watch the series because of that.

@@sara.m22 that's strange because lowering the gaze means to not look at attractive parts or if the man feels enticed looking at a woman, it doesn't mean they can't look at women all together. How do those men function at the school and the workplace? :/ It feels to me like they're taking it to an extreme level

We may be in a Marriage yet feel very alone!!...But understand each path Allah s.w.t has decreed...Allah puts people in our lives to understand that we need him more than others!! Only when you understand everyone in your life is there for a higher purpose...just have Faith and this Duniya is transit...

Subhanallah I came here because I was feeling wronged and I felt like those around me where ‘aggressive’ then I discovered I wasn’t the best person to be honest, that I was so blinded by my emotions. That I made wrong decisions and I believe I even wronged them more. Subhanallah, I’ll apologize to those people and try to make it up to them. Alhamduliallah for this video opened my eyes and mind.

SubhanAllah, this just hit home on so many levels! Alhamdulillah for the secluded times indeed, Allah is most merciful for sure. As a revert disowned by family and previous friends, Alhamdulillah. Need to utilise the time to rectify oneself over and over to keep the loved ones close and watch Allah bring good spouse/people into one's life, in sha Allah.

Its really difficult in ramadan to be surrounded by friends/classmates while we attend schl/ clg or universities in ramadan. Its always either laughing about someone or backbiting. Thats why i tend to isolate I don't want my fast to be lightened. And the righteous in our class have their own circle and i dont really have acceptance there either. Saddening. Please make dua for me
