How to reschedule istqb foundation level exam if fails in first attempt

Is this istqb foundation level?? How much cost or it's free??

I have 2.5 years of experience in manual testing, please help me to know,, scrum alliance certification is good or istqb agile certification?

is Indian testing board same as ISTQB? Certification taken from ITB is same as ISTQB?

ITB & GASq are boards from which you can take ISTQB exams.

pls answer me someone. Is it the same to do the exam via ASTQB or ISQI?

yes, you can do online as well from ISQI
