How do you explain planes that can fly upside down then? (ie with the shape of the wing reversed)

There are few possible explanations. If you tilt the wing/plane so the wings are at an angle it can have the same effect to allow uplift, 2. the plane may be specifically designed to do flips etc and have special wings. 3. The pilot may not be able to fly forever upside down and be gliding in a downward direction but adjusts the rear flaps to stabilize without really having much uplift.
