Ok. I lost my shit when I got the crystals instead of the Jedi being upgraded.... Spent the crystals on the Obi/Qui Gon event though, because I was under the impression that this was a 7 day event...

The actual compensation should be 150-200k crystals right since roughly 5k-6k per gear x6 then x5

Crazy how quickly they fixed the bug that would have given us extra shards but in a month they haven't fixed the greivous bug that keeps us from getting our Zetas.

The most egregious example ever is Ani's unloyalty ending ship bug. It was around for like 12 full months, costing people GACs left and right.... The DAY executor showed up and that bug causing execs to lose... oh wow... bug magically fixed right away.

I will stick up for cg slightly here... Only slightly. It is silly to think that event was going to refresh daily... The Matt's and credits just doing it once is insane. A daily reset was obviously an error... But man cg has to address it quicker. The lsb thing is just crazy tho... 3rd time they've had issues now... It's their money maker fgs don't release it unless it's working as intended. And on sorry but "we've credited your account as best we could" is absolutely insane that line is Eben coded into the game...

I had an issue around the same time as the GAC where I went to submit a ticket, couldn't see the text box, pressed back and it loaded me into a new account in the beginning of the tutorial. I was on the second battle after upgrading Ashoka (to attempt to reconnect my account) and then that froze. I closed and reopened the app and I was back in my account. Mini heart attack moment

Yeah I've had that happen several times already, always makes me super nervous hoping I'll be able to load my actual account again. Whats weird is the progress on that second fresh account seems to persist. Only had to do the tutorial the first time around

Interesting they fix the Dual of Fates instantly when it benefits the player, BUT... -CG doesn't compensate dropped GAC battles as a result of the update -Fix immortal GG in Dathomir, causing players to lose up to 8 Zetas -Address broken Gungan Omicron GC battles that freeze phones & lock players out of the challenge -Manage to break LSB purchases on PC beta client -Break TB during Mandalor planet rollout and fumble rewards for many guilds -Throttle double shard/zeta drop events to the point they aren't worth spending extra crystals on -and just generally fail to quality control their update rollouts at every turn this year.

They fixed the dual of fates beacouse players have to pay for shards and gears thats the only reason

If only there was some way for the player base to collectively express our feelings through song and dance... FIX YOUR GAME CG!!!

It’s almost as if they could have avoided this and fostered a lot of good will by saying “this isn’t how we intended it to work. Future Duel of the Fates events will run for one day with one free and one refresh attempt, as intended. HOWEVER, since some of you may have invested to maximize the payout as implemented, we will leave it as is for this first round, and apply a hot fix prior to the next time the event runs”

@@jalengatton tried that, still crashed! What did work up till now is restarting the game after a succesful battle and don't do them in succesion as it seems to crash after 2-3 try

Here's another one to add: Both of my accounts that were under lv85 before the new player update never got the rewards even after the two hotfixes. Been dealing with support and nothing yet. I'm not the only one having this issue

Don't forget changing the event length to 1 day and 8 hrs screwed over people in different time zones who weren't able to get the free refresh after the 1 day reset

i encountered the jedi LS bug, and im sure they'll make it up. butt i did also spend 40$ on some obiwan and qui-gon shards for the event so i can have them at 5* and get the shard boost for the week. so i didnt whale out on them but i didnt get the return i expected either. on the plus side im going to be able to run the event 3 times instead of 2 bc the daily resets in 6 hours for me and the event still has 9 hours on it so in theory i should get another run at it.

I didnt spend on the MQG or Pobi but i was under the impression that it would refresh daily since its an assualt battles and ALL the others are daily if they run more then 1 day. I thought it would be good rewards for the people who did spend.

I had an issue trying to buy the lightspeed bundle on my Android where it was asking me about the price and when I'd click the price it would tell me that I already bought it and did I want to cancel the transaction. It finally let me go through and get the bundle

Was not a PC web client issue only. I use iOS and tried to buy the LSB via the Webstore. I did not get the LSB but instead was given the 2800 crystals.

Nooch2Gud had the Lightspeed bundle issue. I then played the “Fix Your Game” song

I'd love to add a fourth issue in here since it also started during/right after GAC: I cannot get SWGOH past the loading screen on my iPhone, but on any other device it works perfectly fine. I even deleted the app for the first time in years just to see if that would fix it, but not I'm stuck on the loading screen with 5/6mb downloaded. I hope this is strictly a me issue, but some gut feeling tells me it's not and there's other people whose SWGOH has bricked itself

I was another player who lost my GAC because of the “server maintenance.” I tried submitting a ticket but so far I’ve been ignored. Cost me the win because my Leia team beat my opponent’s but the battle didn’t count. Lost out on a full clear and the win.

If it wasn't going to refresh your attempt, then the Battle button should have switched to "Complete" instead of a timer... thats the precedent they have set with refreshes. I get that it seemed to good to be true, but when you see that, it makes total sense it appeared as though the event timer was a week and the refresh timer was a day...

Two days in a row I was simply unable to login to SWGOH during the beginning of last Grand Arena. Didn’t see anyone acknowledge the issue but I had no means of communicating this with the developers so I just lost out on two days of GAC progress.

I was able to do the Duel of the Fates Assault Battle three times without using crystals to refresh lol

Concerning the Duel of the Fates AB, when you assume you make an "ass" out of "u" and "me." Sucks if you spent any money to get POW & MQG up for extra rewards, though.

Not saying to do this but I had the SAME incident with the GAS Lightspeed bundle, applied for a refund before CG fixed the issue and GOT MY MONEY BACK...so I may or may not have been able to do the same thing on this one. 😬

I would make a statement about “Lucky this hasn’t happened to me”, but that would just end in my jinxing myself to experience some kind of doom or bug down the road with this game

The Cynic in me, says that the Jedi Allies LSB will not be fixed until after the Duel of the Fates has finished to slow players who would get a relic 5 Qui Gon as part of the LSB.
