I think the astro arm gave him the ability to speak

I would say that it was basically probably the part of the Astro Toilet. Because as in Elite Cameraman’s video as he talked with boom. Boom says every toilet can talk so it’s probably the part of the toilets body that as the power of talking in that part. And we heard a sparkling noise in the background as he puts it on. So maybe that’s why. And all the other times Titan Cam got arms from toilets and didn’t have the ability to speak is because as we see in the show Boom only gives voices to characters that actually matter even tho any toilet can talk. Or maybe it was because they never had a chance to talk yet and the powers didn’t go into Titan Cameraman’s body.

I don't understand this theory. Detainer's arms don't give you the ability to speak because one, the TV Men always speak, just in reverse. Two, other agents were able to speak when being infected. Yes, it was the parasites that were consciously speaking, but it was through the voices of the agents. 3, G-Toilet can speak perfect English, and Scientist could at least understand it. Dafuq also confirmed that all Toilets speak all languages but prefer their own. 4, Titan Cameraman has spoken before. Well, not spoken, but he has made vocalizations. In episode 18, we hear him making low humming noises, same with in 50. In episode 57, he roars when he tackles the infected Titan Speakerman. Bottom line, there's no evidence and it makes no sense. The arm letting you speak English is like if you couldn't swim unless you were wearing water-themed swimming trunks

I got a theory too. So i think that the whole allience do able to speak normally even the tvs but they refuse to speak to make thing remain cofidentials so the toilet doesnt know too much and only talks in expressions by moving hands and heads and i think the way how they communicate is by using their tablets. The tv race instead decided to create a device to make them able to speaks backwards. The thing about being in war that whatever you do you cant let the enemy know such as, strategy plans, plans in inventing new weapons and more. About the UTCM's Astro arm posing a threat, the thingmabob thing that G-Toilet gave to the Astro Arm is gone since there's no electricity. It only starts having no electricity when Astro Detainer sliced his arm off. Then it had electricity once again when UTCM attaches it.

The Astro toilet arm is what allows the Astro toilet to speak cause when all his arms where of he didn’t speak so it’s the Astro arm

also, i have a theory on how the cameramen and speakermen might speak in a few episodes. at the ending scene, we see large tv man and scientist tv man taking the astro toilet arm. since titan cameraman had the ability to speak because of the astro arm, the scientists could just find where the talking part of the astro toilet arm, and then make smaller ones (if they are big) and put them in the cameramen and speakermen.

All toilets and hardware head are able to talk, if they dont talk they most likely choose not too or lost the ability

I know I stated this in my video, but all toilets can speak all earthly languages, which means that if that arm allowed him to speak, the acid arm and the buzzsaw arm would’ve also allowed him the speak, because just like the Astro claw arm, it belongs to a toilet that can speak all earthly languages. But not once did he talk with those arms on, so the Astro claw wouldn’t be the reason anyway. Don’t over think this, I found a hidden speaker on him in my video anyway. Also, there are no purple sparks on the arm anymore, and it is not shaking side to side, so it is not infected anymore.

Well this is all wrong. If you ACTUALLY watched other theorists, I can't recall who (Assumingly Elite Cameraman) but he asked DaFuq?!Boom Some questions and turns out all toilets are just naturally able to speak any language even without the claw. That's like me being mute and someone has a sword and i take their sword and I'm suddenly able to speak. It has no interference. Upgraded Titan Cameraman also grunted in episode 50. So he may just not want to speak. The TV Men is the race known for speaking. We all know the Speakermen and Cameramen are all quiet. Only their titans can speak, SLIGHTLY. If Titan Cameraman could make that growl sound, he could've most likely had the ability to talk for a long time. Upgraded Titan Speakerman makes sounds but they have almost no meanings behind them. So in conclusion, he most likely had the ability to speak for a long time, but chooses not to.

All skibidi toilets can speak every earthly language but they decide to speak in there more complex skibidi language so the theory that astro toilet arm giving tcm the ability to speak is debunked.

No, just no. UTCM always had the ability to speak, the claw doesn’t just give you the power to speak as it didn’t give the power to speak for Astro toilet. All toilets can speak English but chose to speak their far more superior Skibidi language as it was confirmed by the Author himself.
