@@tedsirlouis1372 I wouldnt know, because i dont know the facts, but i tend to support your statement. The Yela/Ed colab just happened outta pure coincidence, they spoke of it that way in interviews... Cool it happened tho! Its fire!

Ed Sheeran is a huge fan of Yela and reached out. That's how it happened.

Oh man I forgot how GOOD this EP is, totally gone from my mind. I remember I discovered Yelawolf only weeks before this collab got announced. Apparently I still can sing the bridge 🤓

Ed Sheeran was signed to Interscope I believe and Yela had also just been signed. Ed was a fan so they put them in touch. Way before Em had any songs with Ed. There's a video of Yela talking about how it came together.

I don’t know if u covered it but there is one of my favourite songs by ed sheeran called family ft P.money. It’s from 12 years ago but it’s an amazing song. Love this channel but only found it a few months ago so still catching up. 😊.

Also fun fact Ed and yela made this the first time they met ed was a fan of yela Ed was in LA and they hooked up Ed released it for free on valentines day and they have never met since 🤷‍♂️ yela spoke about it

yeah Slumdon Bridge EP was released valentines day 2012. Actually a few years ago Ed Sheeran attended Yelawolf's concert in USA and wore his merch. Yelawolf posted selfies with Ed on Instagram, and was thrilled that Ed bought the merch out of his own money and didn't ask for freebies

They did this whole ep in one night just hanging out

This whole EP is fire ❤ yelawolf ❤ they recorded this EP in a few hours, Ed Sheeran reached out they met and made this. Yelawolf really didn't know who Ed was 😂 then Ed blew up...
