They literally got dropped into “diseased-based racism world with furries” Also, it’s both cool and sad that I think it’s explicitly stated that they are immune to oripathy. They’re one of the few parties in Terra that can TRULY interact with both regular people and infected and see that the horrible discrimination is really stupid and unfair.

Iana and Ela be like:" wtf just happened here?" The isekai jokes are legendary.

Levi is probably one of the most intellectually terrifying villains of Arknights > "Successfully Experimented Originium" > Created a machine that can isekai or transport to another world that he wants to go and not randomly > Gained the ability of controlling and manipulating Originium as well as its arts without being an infected > Created Originium Mutants and Monsters with Corpses that are deemed to be impossible to exist in the first place > Created and fused himself with the "Essence of Evolution", a creature that should've not existed, and being hard as hell to kill Too bad that he was in chains by Drudge's idiocy, but then again he played him like a damn fiddle in the end

Aren't the zombies/monsters you encounter in Outbreak and Extraction highly implied to be Originum in origin, no pun intended.

The whole sub plot with Dr Miarow and them watching him explode was so sad and fucked up. If I’m not mistaken, that’s the first instance in the series where we get an in-detail description of what happens to an infected corpse when they die and go nuclear. It’s sad too how Tachanka knew ahead of time what was going to happen and kept trying to tell Ash “don’t look at it. Trust me, don’t watch….”

That this detail was shown in a collab event first shows how some phenomena are not given emphasis because they were taken for granted in this world, or maybe Hypergryph scriptwriters just want more of Kalpog-style cryptic writing instead. Either way, I feel betrayed.

My Theory is that there already was some form of conection betwen Terra And Earth at that Location resulting in small amounts of Originium to get to earth, where it was found and then the Lab was Build around the Location where "Strange Glowing Black rocks" where found, all levi did was expand/activate the conection. How? Science maybie? dunno. I ain´t a scientist and never held an originium ingot.

Levi did say that that he experimented with originium/attempted to travel to terra before. There is a possibility that a second machine exists on earth so there is always possibility for a part 2 of this event with more r6 operators.

To be fair, there was some originium in those petri dishes on Earth. It's possible that there are other means to get to Terra from Earth (and back, clearly), but yeah there's no direct evidence for that

We: enjoying a good Arknight lore video. Japanese light novelist looking for ideas: WRITE THAT DOWN, WRITE IT DOWN!! In another news, we got a bit of extra-bit of lore building but most importantly, we now have an actual human equivalent to compare humans and ancients. Specifically, a perfectly fit human (the Lord) in comparison with a standard crossbow (at least for a Sarkaz). And is clear that we humans are very weak. Granted, Sarkaz are one of the strongest races in Terra, but still, it was a standard Crossbow, not something more advanced like Schwartz', I would have like it to see them try to pull that one. Also, another bad ass with a handicap: Rangers is supposed to be a swordsman. Also, also, the reason behind his codename is quite badass. Honestly, I liked this event a lot, normally we center on the either the main 6* or the Free operator of an event, but here everyone had a balanced share of a spotlight, to the point I couldn't choose who to root for once I pulled my bags (I'm sorry to announce to my fellow Dokutah that: I got them all). Hopefully we can get this level of writing on future events as well. Not that previous ones where bad, but more often than not, the side operators feel lice added on just to justify their existence in the banner. Here, it felt like an actual Isekai, where every character was important and no harem to be seen. Trock-kun will be missed though.

This guy's ability to make jokes really is stronger than my will to live.

Fun fact: You never actually see the mad scientist die in this event. If anime has taught me something thats the "no body no casualty rule". I´m pretty sure he is gonna come back to haunt us with his mutants in the future.

Rather than inventing Originium, I think it's more likely that Levi somehow inter-dimensionally pulled it from Terra, and did experimentation on it on Earth, figured out its unique qualities, and then upscaled the inter-dimension technology to transport himself and his lab to the source where that material is more abundant.

I dont believe the Mad Old Man made Originium or anything like that, I believe that somehow, pieces of it wound up on Earth, and he was the only one to discover them, and then dedicate his entire life to it (While going absolutely insane because of it? He might have gotten infected and originium was stated to drive people to madness due to interfering with spinal cords *looks at poor Specter*) with the pinacle of his career being the creation of the end of evolution. Also, man you seem way excited in this vid! Hoping that everything is going well for you!

I have never been more pissed than before after i saw what happened to Miarow and when Ash started beating the hell out of the brother I was yelling LETS GOOOO

I thought the Levi's machine in the lab can be use to open a small connection between Earth and Terra, not quite "I can just go in there and collect something myself" but more of like sending a probe to scan other planet then collect some sample, which explains the originium sample he got and his action when busted by R6 team. The "my life work" part could be refer to his isekai machine, not originium.

Through a worm hole we call a massive collaboration deal.

It might just be me but it was in a collab event where I got to read about how infected remains are dealt with great detail (outside of an R.I. facility) for the first time. Rest in peace, Dr. Miarow.

I just realized, the Zombie events or infections in R6 Is actually really similar to ours... Like the mutation is a bit over the head for R6 but it is interesting that how oddly close these features alike.

This is why I enjoy this channel By the way, just some knowledge nuggets - petri dish is just the plastic dish, usually it will be partially filled with a layer of nutrient agar so microbial culture can be grown on it. And the agar smells like those marmite yeast extract, at least that's how I remember

This almost confirms my theories. Originium are prions that have managed to form a crystaline structure.(crystalised proteins) Crystaline structures can conduct electricity and heat which can slmewhat explain arts. Being organic its also combustible. So guns could work. The vector of infection and the effect on infection is also similar. Prions kill by turning brain cell proteins into prions. Originium kills by turning proteins into originium. U can infect someone with prions by introducing a decent amount into the bloodstream. The same goes with originium. I suspect originium is a bioweapon gone wrong

Since the release of the collab of R6S and some dimensional travel shenanigans i have always questioning myself what if Arknights and Command and Conquer (perhaps red alert or tiberium series) collide its a weird thought back then.

one time in the event, they said the R6 team speaks "old victorian" (basically our current english) so i thought, "oh so terra is future earth." and if what you mentioned about the lab and the origin of originium is true then that might be the case. (but then i wonder how the connection between catastrophe and originium came to be....)

Mostlikeyly levi knows how originium works bcs its close to the nature of crystals from R6s Chimera Outbreak witch some rock desease that comes from outer space

Where/when is Terra relative to R6 earth? My theory is that they weren't sent to another world but that Terra is way into the future of real earth, so they time traveled. Trace amounts of Originium may have existed on earth and that's what Levi had, but some event, possible a meteor strike, brought a heck of a lot more of it to earth and probably nuked our entire civilization back to the 1800s. People realized it was a great source of energy and switched to using it over almost every other source. In the process, they themselves mutated into cat-girls because anime. R6 collab confirms that Ursus is former Russia (Tachanka learns to speak Ursus pretty quickly and can kinda read it too) and Victorian is very close to English. There's also the guns. R6 confirms that gunpowder still works, it's just that people don't bother with it, using originium instead. Anyways, that's just a theory... an Arknights theory. ;)

Mudrock did say that the strongest caster is human, I thought it just a miss translation or something because there are no human( homo sapian) in terra as dev stated but since this event introduce us isekai stuff there could be a human other than R6s members in terra

It baffles me that soo few people have noticed how similar Arknights' Originium and Cnc's Tiberium are. A strange mineral whose origin is unknown, a cristal that, when in contact with other organic matter, infects it with a sickness that begin turning it into more of the same cristal. That same cristal is used as a resource around the globe due to its incredible industrial value. The segregation of those infected with the cristal. A lot of paralels with Tiberium.

Don’t forget that the lab was already closed down and Levi was just continuing his work! It’s possible that they invented Originium as a group, then the project was shut down, and the lab was buried, only for Levi to return alone to continue the project.

at first, i thought the r6 operators get isekai'd not because of truck-kun but because another operator that has ability like truck-kun, which is oryx

Ash doesn't have any sort of reaction since she already deal with abnormal stuff back on earth. I forgot what's the name of the event operation back in r6s, but there's a similarity where r6s has to deal an breakout virus 👍. (And also base on r6s lore, ash is the leader of r6s)

Ironic that in my language earth is actually called Terra, so the team rainbow 6 came to Terra from Terra.

Well I want to know how the Originium became active as soon as Doctor Levi turned on the machine. The Monster at the end made of Originium was radioactive as it set off the Geiger Counter which makes sense since it has been stated constantly throughout Arknights that Originium gives off radiation.

It is? Cant remember seeing that info. As for the monster, the lab used radioactive materials in the past, so its logical to conclude that levi used originium and most likely uranium to mutate the creature

Next we see as a zombie dressed in Nazi uniform caring a rock of element 115 builds a teliporter to the moon and makes a station called eagle station.

It's a bit of a leap to go from 'Mad scientist found with Originium in lab' to 'Mad Scientist invents Originium in lab'. It's already been speculated (even in canon, I believe), that Originium could have originated from space in Terra, as meteorite strikes were mentioned as one source. This could mean that the samples Levi found could have also originated from space in our universe, but in our timeline, Earth was not bombarded with as much Originium from space. Nothing indicates that Levi introduced Originium to Terra, let alone introduced it thousands of years in the past to such a degree that it changed the biology, ecology and geology of Terra.

I know the chance are slim but my i Wish for a re-run, the time the event was on i had problems and could not play:(. Can only Hope.

i just thinking that it would if they have a LN or manga about some military group/squas getting isekai'd instead some random japanese student (not gate one)

So while your theory is that Levi Klitschko created Originium, possibly the first that would infect the world which would then become Arknights in the far future, my assumption is that Levi had actually traveled to Terra before and simply brought the Originium to Earth so he could do some research on it.

I take it rainbow team had a way harder time then itami and the jsdf from gate since they delt with legit magic people with rock cancer

Gunpowder doesn't exist in Terra Terran weapons run on Originium Originium bullets are very expensive, that's why RI Operators were suprised when they saw R6 team use guns

The lord kinda explained the process of making the gunpowder but closure had no idea what nitrocelulose was so she made discount originium bullets

Well, after the incident in Long Spring, the R6S team decided to come to RI and they're kinda invited members from there and so they decided to explore more Terra while they can't return to Earth because they didn't find a way to return it. I don't know if there's a possibility of another collab with R6S, but I would find interesting since we have Iana and Ela as characters design only. Usually, Arknights tries to give those kind of characters that only appears in lore and finally being a playable character. The last one was Bena (she was in Shamare's mini story from Rewinding Breeze) which we'll get in Carnelian's event so I really would like to see if Iana and Ela would be in another collab between AK × R6S
