The old IT game? Hardest game in the world. Done it myself, you see. 40 years, man and boy... Dominated by two existential questions What does that flashing light mean? Should I switch it off and on again? That's all you need to know for a successful career in IT.

The IT crowd ran on US PBS for a few years. 🇬🇧 Up until around 2021 or so. Weekends.

@@DavidLLambertmobile I only watched it for the first time relatively recently ( about seven months or so ago) when a Pal downloaded the whole series on one of those stick things and it was just hilarious. I recommend Father Ted, that's another ripper also written by Graham Linehan - actually co written with Arthur Mathews. Again, a ripping good laugh.

He's auld Gregg, he is.....but you had best not tell him, that would get....weird.

His makeup and mannerisms are wildly overplayed but he clearly has excellent physical timing.

I never much noticed laugh tracks when I used to watch tv, but I find them insulting and offensive in a youtube video.

Cradle of Filth is Dark-Wave??? uhhh... I don't think so... also hardly any Goths who listen to COF but I deffo wouldn't say that just listening to COF makes anyone Goth. Other than that just have to say that COF is a great band and this was a fun episode.

Ok, i remember watching this episode and it was the last one before i gave up on this show. I just dont GET it, these jokes arent funny. The laighter just feels utterly canned. This show coasted on the charisma of richard ayoade and chris o dowd, but it wasnt clever or witty. None of graham linehan's shows ever were, but father ted got a pass for taking shors at the church in the 1990s.

@@paulie-g , and herein was the funny bit.. folks making major assumptions of the nerds. But spotting things in the racks behind moss for instance, a lot of non nerds at teh time never heard of 'ticket to ride' for instance.
