Hearing his story was what got me into producing my own music last year. It is fucking hard as shit, just to make one decent song is really tough. He deserves everything that he’s gotten so far in his career

I'm 48 been listening to House since 87 as a 12 year old. Moved to Vegas in 95. To this day there is no GOOD House music here in Vegas. The fact that a Chi town kid blew up from working diligently on his craft and collabing back and forth with other artists. Then a fellow Chi town Dj helping a guy out to represent Chicago House warms my heart. I think it's well deserved as long as he keeps up the good work I'm ok with his fast track rise. Gimmie some mo House!

Deep end put him on the map, Human solidified a progressive house feel and Where Are you now put him in the stratosphere. Griz remix of where are you now is 🤌

@@MORRILL_MUSIC I doubt it. John has actually been producing tech house for a fairly long time so he can produce. Now his sound now? The one that shot him to the moon? Collaboration happens at the top. So you have to expect it. Where you are should have won a Grammy. Honestly. If John did do all the arrangement, sound design, mix, master on that and Shiver then he's a fucking goat. But again, collaboration happens at the top. Those two songs are probably the most listenable house songs where all of the frequencies of each instrument/note are hitting your ear perfectly throughout the whole audible spectrum.

One day we will see a video made on How did Audio Eats go from this to THIS. Keep up the great work brother, you’re a legend.

Great video! I saw John Summit at EDC for his b2b set with Green Velvet and it was my favorite of the weekend! Between the music, the sunrise and the atmosphere.. it was so so fun and moving. It ended EDC on a high note.

Thank you for this! I've been hooked since "Make Me Feel" released and he was playing a small show in my state, but I couldn't attend. Played his tunes at home anyway and now he's on top! Extremely similar path I took from college down to the Guitar Center sets, but had to focus on my career instead. Really glad it worked out for him! Others that could make a video that rose up during these years are Ray Volpe, Knock2, ISOxo, and i_o to name a few! RIP to i_o it was an honor to meet him before he left us 🏴

I remember seeing him at ezoo 2022 playing an afternoon set and then by the next year he was headlining. His progression is insane but so well deserved!

I literally started to follow John since 2020 and he has been my biggest inspiration so far. This year I started also producing and totally love the process. Sometimes when I feel down I just look at John and suddenly gives me the motivation back. Thanks for the vid sir, great work and keep it up 🔐

John was a family friend of my cousins. They both went to Neuqua which is where I currently go and I’ve heard stories about it. I was into John’s music before I even knew I went to the same highschool.

I was at that Deadmau5 show it was epic for sure when it started raining and everyone ran to the stage, right in the beginning of Deadmau5s fame too

So inspiring

I’ve recently gotten into raving this last year and a half and it reminded me why I loved EDM as a teen so much and John Summit has truly inspired me to take a shot at it. His music is always my most played and his recent releases are just getting better and better. His new unreleased track he debuted at Coachella with SubFocus is insanely moving. Experiencing it in person week one Coachella was the highlight of any rave/festival I’ve had thus far. He’s truly a great DJ and you can tell he loves his work and doesn’t settle for less.

Like a lot of these artists, right place at the right time. Had the talent and the right people recognized him (Treasure Fingers, Lee Foss) with support on his records. How many other John Summits are out there that aren’t noticed or never got noticed and their time ran up. Happens every year in the music industry.
