This video is really good and helpful to reduce my confusions. I'm Shish, second year law student. Recently I've planned to write research paper and selected some topics, some are about our local laws and some are universal like Muslim law which covers many countries. But, I have no idea where to publish these? And, what's the process or formalities to publish the research papers. I seek suggestions for these issues.

I notice that your first published article is based on a comparative contract research, between german law and common law (hk) on force majeur. Since (coincidently) I am also working on dissertation on the same set of countering jurisdictions (English law and german law), what other areas would you recommend a micro-study on? Thank you XD

I think you can focus the contractual defences, there will be a few options you may look into haha
