How dare you say that peacekeeping is useless - Naupoto
Former FijiFirst MP and former RFMF Commander Viliame Naupoto has disagreed with Former FijiFirst and Opposition MP Shalen Kumar on his suggestion to do away with peacekeeping and divert the funds to the Police and says how dare people say that peacekeeping is useless.

Shame on the parliamentarian for saying that, utmost respect for the Hon. Villiame Naupoto for setting the record straight and educating the Ministers on the subject.

I agree sir... Peacekeeping is not useless.... Just like it is said "no1 can clap with 1 hand" similarly, in this.... Only Understandable people can understand though...

No country on earth has a perfect record on domestic violence. The worse are those cultures usually accustomed to suicides and I am not talking about fiji.
The question thats needs to be asked is,what do the whole of Fiji benefit from peace keeping some other nations probelms,is the financial reward there that benefit Fijians back home and our nations or is it loose change that we are being given by the UN just to baby seat their probelm. Its time to pack up from those peace keeping mission and start concentrating on patrolling our maritme zine and land for drugs that is becoming a pandemic in Fiji and divert most of the funds that used to runs peace keeping into a new Fiji Drug Mission at home. If we dont act now,might as well say goodbye to all future citizen of Fiji which one way or the other will come across drugs in their lifetime and we loose an entire generation that cant govern itself like Afghanistan once did due to opium overuse and bigger Nations like US and China starts claiming Fiji as their Overseas Territory and before we come to our sense its to late.Wake Up Fiji
