@@viviloveselgato other famous people like coco quinn or piper rockelle had boyfriends, wore innapropiate clothes for their age and wore heavy makeup when they were 13. of course, she will wear crop tops and some light makeup like mascara but that is pretty normal for a 13 year old in our generation at least :)
