I am always skeptical of censorship. It should always be kept as a last resort and we should stop throwing words like ban so casually. Think about it. What was the result of banning tiktok? 10 more apps were released in its place just like that. We should think about regulating this social media content and avoid banning it if possible

I was watching a Joe rogan where he talks about the terms and conditions of the tiktok & it was just insane. From ip address to location to device type this apps takes all the private data of users. I don't know about reels but it is a issue. We need more policies regarding internet.

It's the parents fault as well they're too busy that they cant even play with their own child and then they give him/her a mobile phone and don't care about whatever they see....they should not give mobile to their childs for all day..even i got my mobile when i completed my 12th first,i was very jealous of my friends whom had phones but now I'm proud of my parents and their decision....

To be honest, I feel that the addiction to such platforms can be attributed more than 70% to the users. It's not only Tiktok, but also Instagram and even YT shorts. Users must pull themselves out of such addictions. Yes, some regulatory action needs to be taken to control such platforms, but entire blame shouldn't be on them. If a person is addicted to alcohol and smoking, it's more than 50% the false of the person, because alcohol and ciggarates are regulated. We must apply the same strategy with such addictive platforms.

But I feel Insta reel/Twitter trends is no different, it has contents to manipulate users, (I have never used any other Indian apps that are mentioned in Video but on searching it seems they are no different) How these other apps are working for Indian youth?
