Mail in voting favored Team Blue but a court held Trump did not challenge the mail-in directives early enough. Had he done so, he would have won since according to many state constitutions, including Wisconsin from what I read, the mail in ballots were illegal according to state laws. But it's moot now (by the same token, had Al Gore counted all of Florida instead of just south Dale county, he would have won the 2000 election).

The charges they've leveled against him are so ridiculous and spurious, they're based on entirely unproven legal theories that no other prosecutor would bother to rely on. The fact that this is what they base Trump's indictment on shows that they are transparently desperate. But nothing else has worked, since Trump has committed no crime, so this too will fail. The only real lasting effect it could hope to have is to interfere with his election bid. But they've been unapologetically gunning for him for so long, there's a good chance that this will just garner support for him. Because as Trump himself told us, "They're after you and I'm in the way," and if they get away with putting Trump away for opposing their naked grab for power, they'll do it to anyone.

@@DanBoyd1111 Not to mention a lot of people don't realize that Trump, though he often says clownish things, in this case is in the right about the law. if you Google the John Edwards Senate campaign litigation from a few years ago, you'll see that it's actually fine to use campaign funds to pay off a woman (in Edwards case it was his mistress) as long as you are doing it to protect your reputation for your family rather than win office (silly subjective 'intent' standard, but that's the law). And Edwards won (though he was ruined politically).

@@MrJon92as I did not vote for Biden I did vote for Bernie sanders and Hillary Clinton back in 2016 because I was a lefty back then but I saw how corrupt they were and how genuine trump was after that I didn’t vote for anyone in 2020 even though I hoped Trump would win now I will vote for Trump even though I live in a deep blue state

Let me know when there's an indictment toward the current president. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Trump has yet to be charged either and therefore is not considered guilty at this point in time.
