I live in Poland - one of the most religious country in Europe and it's fucking 15. Why? Because everyone with the brain acknowledges that people are gonna fuck regardless if you allow it or not. There's more nuance to it than that. Personally I've experienced what some people would consider SA (sex with a 19 year old woman when I was 15) but it didn't have any negative effects on me. If anything it helped me learn to last longer during sex and just generally how to be better at it in general. I'm not saying whether it's moral or not, I'm just saying every situation is different and the social dynamic can matter more than age in some circumstances. Like if you're a 17 year old grade 11 student and you have sex with a 22 year old substitute teacher or something, that would be much worse because it's with someone who is in a position of power over them. But a 17 year old having sex with 22 year old outside of that setting is not really that big of a deal

Pedophiles are awful, but society is so quick to throw that title on anyone who makes them slightly uncomfortable. Smh. Pedophilia is a crime, what Casey did isn’t.

First off, when you say "she gave him home," you are maternalizing her and infantilizing him, making the situation even more incestuous in terms of power dybamics that it already is. Second, to say "he gave her a family" makes it seem like the relationship was transactional, which would suggest that they are both on an equal playing field. His baby momma’s name is Robin harris. The real story is him and his girlfriend got pregnant at 17- they lived together for like three years with the kid in a trailer park. But in the age of internet clout, and TikTok attention spans, implying that he was banging two college babes, in exchange for shelter, before he was old enough to drive- sounds way more “lit”
