Pile 3 was SO what I needed to hear. This topic is so relevant, I've been trying to advance in my career but keep struggling and couldn't understand why I felt so blocked. You got it 100% correct, I struggle a lot with hyper independence, with guilt, with shame, constantly not feeling worthy enough if I'm not constantly working myself to exhaustion or if I'm not successful enough compared to others. I hate asking for help and feel so powerless when I depend on someone else. That's definitely accurate and something I'm trying really hard to do better on, but is definitely one of my deepest wounds.
