African Grays have an excellent grasp on learning language, Alex the Parrot was similar, and was the first animal to have ever asked a question, and learned from the answer. He learned what the color grey was after asking his handler "what color?" when looking in a mirror

I have a video of Dove I saved. I need to find all the other videos I have from when she was younger and grown, I only put 2 on my page, but she was awesome, she was so damn cute n took me in as momma instantly, everywhere I walked she'd follow n come sit on my feet...every spring I try to look for lost babies or watch the little ones following their moms, they're just so cute...n how they warn eachother when a cat ir something is around, they all fly above them n make certain chirps at the (enemy) n there was a deerbird? I think they're called, down the road in the rocks by the beer distributor and they started doing construction down by her, she would not leave her eggs, but the male would run around n try to get u to come after him, they act like their wings r broke n do this crazy dance thing with their feathers, it's so cool, I love birds❤ I never did before until couple years ago, now I have like 6 feeders and have all my doves, n cardinals n blue Jay's n chickadees n woodpeckers come around..n when they're not around I'll make some of the same noises they make n they'll come flying in😂 they're so funny to watch tho

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭6:10‭-‬18‬ ‭Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. The bible is no old book. You have to really let Christ open your eyes; to see the world in shambles. Many people say it's a religion to lock up people in chains, and say it's a rule book.. why? Because people hate hearing the truth, it hurts their flesh, it's hurts their pride, it's exposes on what things have they done..people love this world so much, s*x, money, power, women, supercars.. things of this world. Still trying to find something that can fill that emptiness in your heart. You can't find that in this world.. only in Christ, the bible is no chains, it's a chainbreaker. Breaking your sins into pieces... Repent now, and turn back to the true Lord only.. God bless. 😊😊

It fascinates me by seeing these birds talk so well... But it is important to know that some parrots will never talk... My parrot has never spoken a word... Well some parrots don't talk, they can surprise you at times by talking. My blue macaw rarely talks but when she does it's funny. My lutino red rump doesn't talk at all but I have some because he is always tweeting or tripping to the prettiest little melodies all the time. If there's a bird in my living room doing a bird song that's very pretty I know it's him. That's his job

I adore and follow most of the birds you’ve shown.❤ Tamara’s Blue Chicken, Kiwi, Gizmo, Apollo… all rightfully amazing. I Don in fact believe Apollo knows what he’s saying and doing- Gizmo holds context conversations, as well. Mine would call the dogs, say his name, & interact, but not on the level of Apollo, or Gizmo. Those owners are just as special as the birds, they love them and keep them enriched. I’d love you to do a segment about the family that has two Macaws that are free flying, they always come back, they go on walks without a tether. Also, a gentleman here has a Raven, he’s recently made a page if anyone is interested to see how a wild bird coexists with a human, also not captive. Her name is @MissCash her daddy’s name is James.

The very first video showed a parrot that understood questions and could respond with the correct answer. It's been known for over two decades that parents can think and understand human language. Crows have their own language they also named their young. Their language is complex to the point that they can describe someone and other crows who have not met the person will attack them based on the description. Crows are said to be a smart as a 5-year-old. Oh and they can also be taught to say words like a parrot.

Way cool! My favorite birds are included on the video Kiwi and Apollo! With these 2 I know their owners vocal tonality and inflection is reflected in how they say things especially, their human's vocal range. Birds also pick up their human's behavior (kindness, crass, etc) and the birds reflect it in how and what they say.

I think Apollo probably understands most of what he says; he's able to identify different materials and colors pretty consistently across a variety of objects, and identifies objects by shape and function regardless of color or material. He also tells and asks his owner about things that are outside and has a limited understanding of verbs. As far as I can tell, this isn't simple rote memorization and responding to commands, because he's associated the words directly with their meanings. Lately, he's even been learning letters.

My macaw definitely understands "hot", "no", and "shut up", which she not only responds to, but will use in context. So with her, when she says no, she means "no and if you keep it up I will bite you." If someone is served food from the kitchen that looks cooked, she'll warn "hot!" and make a blowing sound. And apparently, her previous owner used to tell her to shut up, and when she wants quiet, that's what she'll tell you.

I have wondered why Crows are so friendly. All you have to do is approach them, and give them something they can eat. Then they immediately become neutral. If you give them food a few more times, they no longer consider you a threat and bring more crows. Even if you stop feeding them, they come round to say hello. You can try and shoo them away, but they don't fly off, they just move aside all casual like, expecting you to walk through the now cleared area. They will watch you working, as your boss nervously sips his coffee, wondering why the crows are friendly towards one particular person. You can go outside and offer them food, and they will once again gladly accept. But if someone else goes out there to do the same, they risk getting pecked into a bloody pulp, so it can't all be about just food.

I remember trying to teach my late budgie how to talk but it was unsuccessful. He did learn to mimic bunch of different sounds, though, including whistles, door and window creaks and sounds of other birds. He was a good boy.

nah man, apollo understands language. he's an african grey parrot which are famous for being able to understand speech and even invent new words by combining other words they know. he even tells himself jokes and does a little dance of amusement.

They also show Einstein the gray parrot who clearly uses the word "sorry" when he's done something wrong, or "oops." He definitely understands what he's saying and in the right context.
