    i love this type of content, love to hear about science and opinion related aging.... :D for me i am agree with u, if multiple metosis and meosis causes DNA dmg then why our species keep exist... why human can exist in thousands of year.... u give me more mind blowwing sifu... thank you....

    does the aging clock get reset for the progeny cells ? or do they also accumulate DNA damage ? because if they accumulate, they whole lineage should go extinct, I just find this part a bit confusing 😅

    For you, maybe a very interesting book about the biological and philosophical connotations is: Erwin Schrödinger: What is Life? Ok its from 1951, but very interesting, because he also connects it to the quantum physically level. I really would recommend it. 👍
