    On the video, he was talking about cutting out all the sugar and other bad things in the diet. My daughter just came up to me tonight and said that just a couple of days ago she started noticing (after having been on a low carb diet for 2 or 3 weeks now) that even though she still has a "little bit" of mental stuff going on, that most of her anxiety seems to be gone now. She seemed so very surprised, but said she feels so much calmer now. She said she is not used to feeling that calm. Let me tell y'all...she has been highly stressed for a very long time, and I've always told her that wasn't good for her overall health. To hear her actually say that she feels so much calmer makes me SO very happy I cannot even express it. Just thought I'd throw that out there that he is right when he says to cut all the sugary and most of the carb stuff out of your diet and it may help with anxiety. It might take some time, but if it helps anyone, then I'm all for it.

    I eat low carb and came off my antidepressants. Too many carbohydrates are debilitating to human!

    This was so helpful. As someone who suffers from an anxiety disorder and extreme panic attacks I am definitely going to try to start implementing these things you talked about!

    Once this guy talked about his work experience with the boss jumping you once then he comes back calmer but still feeling anxious I started laughing

    I feel like this call could have come from me verbatim. Even down to the no coffee and energy drinks and my poison of choice being the occasional Dr Pepper! 😂 Will definitely be saving this video and applying the advice.
