If the fear and anxiety in concious level just justify what is the reason for your facing the both draw backside. If you are sure the cause for your ailment, try to rectify the reason of that suffering . If you adapt the process for setting for the disappearing your problem ,then it is ok. Inspite of adaption of certain precautions, still it is reacting with the mind, it is a psychological disorder of the mind. It is better to consult the psychiatrist for further review for diagnosis, treatment and advice . On and off still you persists and troubles your mental status, it will be a lifelong problem for the individual. As for as my knowledge ,the best one for the drawback the best remedy is RAJAYOGA Meditation only the source. It is a psycho--Somatic disorder, medical treatment does not help you much. I am guarantee for your life long problem. Un less you go for meditation, it will be a life long problem ,which follows with the Soul, after discarding the Shareer. In next birth also it persists in an appropriate time with next birth.
