yes, a day without the narcissist comes very easily to me. 99% of the time I don't think about the narcissist anymore. I also very rarely watch these videos anymore

What helps me is knowing he can he never have another me! His karma is never being satisfied or happy. He is constantly searching for the next best thing. I am definitely living my life like it’s Golden!

Thats me I'm so pissed that I allowed myself to be treated like this, I lowered myself to these standards.

Yes the anger u feel twrds these evil ppl then at yourself for believing in their lies and then seeing how good they r at manipulating ppl, including family, you can't change these monsters so all you can do is work on yourself and move on, God will take care of the rest,

Revenge is better than Christmas, I like to say, and that revenge is living well, experiencing the glow up, and being too busy to give the narc much thought. We learn, grow, evolve. How inestimably sad that the narcissist can’t. As the losses mount, wall upon wall goes up… Really, those walls don’t protect the narc…they prevent him or her…of leaving them.

Because they are not human like we are. In short, they are hollow, fabricated, welded pieces of metal, that operates only by the endless cycle of their timing belt repetition moving the tiny cogs inside them. They are machines, not people.

This dude is not helpful at all. I only hear him say negative things about the narc and not really speaking reality. Of course narcs love, they miss, they hover etc. I watch other coaches and I've heard them give different persoectives

They love what you do for them. They miss what you did for them. Their emotional maturity is at most at the level of a 5-12 year old. They’re stunted and it’s never because they genuinely loved their partner. They hoover to see if their partner can be fooled into coming back. It gives them power and control. And each time you accept them back, they show less and less respect because they think if you’re that dumb to allow them back in your life, whatever they do is on you. The only way they can possibly learn to love is through extensive psychotherapy. And even then, they don’t love like empathic people do. They can’t.
