Toddbowles820, always remember the scriptures gives us answers to questions that affect everyone.. Can we exhaust our sins that have a stronghold on us. The answer can be answered for the sake of eternity. 1Corinthians 3:1-16 culminating in verses 14-16. We can be saved so as by fire. No rewards. Question really stands do we love God? Walk in the Spirit and turn away the desires of the flesh.

This person is my dear friend , I love her but we don’t agree on Once saved always saved . She feels she will have the same faith of eternal life at her death as a person that turns away from sin to please God .

This happened to me ! The Holy Spirit dwells when you really repent . 2 times I accepted the lord 1st time I didn’t see a change then , I went back I came home and Jesus was waiting for me in my room and I repented I heard a voice in my heart , say what are you waiting for ? I gave my life to Christ in my room I had a supernatural encounter with Jesus and my life was changed , he is the true almighty God ! Let’s us come humbly to the throne of God and he will change your life forever !!!! I believe Jesus and still do !!! I can’t wait to see him soon ! I’m not going back ! Many don’t change cause we are holding on to the world and the sinful habits we have ! Once you let go he will change you ! Give your life to Jesus , he is coming soon !

@@Alan-Godden There are earthly consequences to our sin ,like if you drink you could have a car accident. It's good to do good works but is not evident of Salvation. FAITH is the substance of things hoped for and the EVIDENCE is not seen. 5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost, The long suffering of Jesus Christ is what saves.

there are only 2 answers, do we believe in God's word or not. If we confess our sins he is faithful to forgive them. our grip on His strength may be tested and strained but never broken.

Jesus Christ paid it all period. We are to repent to the acknowledgement of the Truth. Repentance is going from unbelief to BELIEVING on Jesus Christ finished works period. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

David Jeremiah is a very competent and experienced preacher also, there is nothing wrong with using his work for Ministry. The Bible was written by men, inspired by God as are David's Sermons and as where Charles Spurgeons Sermons. Using these wise men's Sermons to help teach others is not worshipping men...

Salvation comes by hearing and believing Paul's gospel (Eph 1:13, 1Cor 15:1-4)

Its completely up to Jesus God and the Holy Spirit to judge me and place me where their righteous judgment determines my destiny .Its the Lord who will make a determination over me and I will be at Peace with his decision. I can't seem to judge for myself sometimes. But God is just and Jesus having been tempted and didn't sin is the perfect advocate understanding our trials temptation and our suffering. Praise Jesus and God bless and give thanks for the Holy Spirit and his fruits. Pray for me

I am really glad I watched this today this past Friday I was working a customer was very upset with me. I could not find the cake that she ordered one of the co-workers put the paper in the wrong day she was very upset with me I was trying to be so calm and not angry, she started telling customers not to shop at the store she asked me to call the manager so I walked away and called the manager on the speaker. She told me I didn't care about her order and I gave her her paper and she literally raised her hand and snatched it with so much force, I walked away then she started telling all the customers not to shop there I was trying to keep my composure and be calm because I was so so angry at her, so I let it get to me I was so stressed out God off of work grabbed four beers and drink them. This might sound a little dumb but the next day I felt so much conviction so guilty that I thought God was just tired of me feeling so much. God has changed me in these four years and I've repented and asked him to forgive me but why do I always have this strong conviction that I am not forgiven, I hear this voice saying I'm not good enough and it just drains me for the past two days, and I get up and listen to this sermon and it just makes me feel so much better that I can actually go to work today and start over. See I have a problem that every time I get upset I turn to alcohol and I don't know how to stop doing that. I used to drink 5 days a week at least an 18 pack a day. And now it seems like the only time I drink is when I'm stressed and that's at least twice a month now even though I limit it to four beers or two it's not what I want in my life and I just don't know how to handle it. I just needed to get this out of my system does anybody have any advice for me please?
