5:42 The Battle of Plassey was fought on 23 June 1757, between the British East India Company and the Nawab of Bengal, Siraj ud-Daulah. The battle took place near the village of Plassey (now Palashi), about 150 kilometres (93 mi) north of Calcutta. The British victory was a turning point in the history of British India, and it led to the establishment of British rule in the subcontinent. The battle was the culmination of a long period of conflict between the British and the Nawab of Bengal. The British had been trading in Bengal for many years, and they had established a number of trading posts in the region. However, the Nawab was concerned about the growing power of the British, and he sought to limit their influence. In 1756, the Nawab attacked Fort William, the British headquarters in Bengal. The British were forced to surrender, and they were imprisoned in the infamous Black Hole of Calcutta. After the fall of Fort William, Robert Clive, a British officer, was sent to Bengal to retake the city. Clive was able to rally the British forces, and he defeated the Nawab at the Battle of Plassey. The victory was due in part to the defection of Mir Jafar, the Nawab's commander-in-chief. Mir Jafar had been promised a large sum of money by the British if he would betray the Nawab. The Battle of Plassey had a profound impact on the history of India. It led to the establishment of British rule in Bengal, and it paved the way for the British to conquer the rest of India over the next century. The battle also had a significant impact on the global balance of power. It showed that the British were a force to be reckoned with in the world of empires, and it helped to hasten the decline of the Mughal Empire. The Battle of Plassey is a complex and controversial event. There are many different interpretations of the battle, and its legacy is still debated today. However, there is no doubt that the battle was a turning point in the history of India, and it had a profound impact on the course of world events. 10:07 Tipu Sultan kzread.info/dash/bejne/hYhh1pSNoM_Te6w.html

Discipline was a distinct quality of English people that enable them to rule over India. Similarly situation is still persist. My question is to you Sir that either discipline is present in their genes and Indian subcontinent is devoid it. That's why our mentality did not change. Although apparently we are considered as an independent nation. Please make a video on the psychology of indisciplined Nation in the light of history and recent incident of PIC. Thanks
